I have purchased and ordered from Smokescanada.com 8 times over the past year and I am in their VIP tier. My orders are for about 10 cartons consistently. Usually no issues. My last order of of the $348.54 for 10 cartons arrived stale, and dry with in some cases up to 1/4 of the tobacco missing from the cigarettes. Compounding this was the packages were coming apart for lack of glue I'm guessing. Obviously a defective lot. I contacted their support team and spent two sessions with them amounting to about an hour. Their offer of resolution was to offer me 2 free cartons on my next order. They assured me that they had a new shipment come in and that it should not happen again, but if it did they would help. So by their own admission it is a gamble.
i smoke Canadian Premium Original, that Smokescanada.com sells for $37.99 per carton. They are a good smoke up until now. The 10 cartons I have now are of no use, and I am looking for another store with more integrity and accountability; somewhere where its not a gamble to lay down my hard earned money.

Very fast shipping

Every single time I have ordered something has been wrong... generally the shipping, but something EVERY TIME. There is so many competitors online, go with one of them instead. They also pay $5 credit for good reviews, so don't trust any of the reviews...
