Order 200gms light!!!!

1st time I ordered, excellent product, quick postage, 2nd order was 200gms light, will not respond to answering calls, messaging, I have been trying for 2 weeks. I can never purchase from them again

Im very happy with your products both…the ryo and palmers tubes

Im very happy with your products both RYO and palmers menthol tubes. You did have another menthol tube product but has been unavailable for some time.

I placed an order on 15 January last, sent on 16 January and was order number 6453.

I have sent numerous emails to the company without any success.

I cannot understand why they have such poor customer service and have not contacted me or refunded the $100 or replaced the order.

If i had paid with paypal im sure this problem would have been rectified.
