I asked about the size of a vase and got a fantastically detailed response. Unfortunately the vase was too small. But the response was excellent. I have since bought flavour, some heads and some hoses. I live in a rural area and get great delivery. I will always come back to Premium Way because of the fantastic service and the very good range of flavour. I think this is the best shisha store in Australia.

A little bit of damage
The hookah came with a chipped bowl and a few scratches on the metal. We didn't find the bit of the bowl that fell off, so it probably didn't happen during delivery. Everything still works as it should and the product looks good.
Other than that, we loved the pricing, fast and effective communication and fast delivery.

Service and speed
I messaged the business, after previously collecting orders, with a last minute purchase. Collection wasn't available as weekend but they organised same day delivery and rang on arrival to confirm safe place to leave. Was very happy with the service and speed. Have now used the business a few times and bought everything from tobacco and charcoal to equipment. It's been good every time.

As the title says this is exactly what you get when you shop here. there is a great range all at reasonable prices and even lots of regularly rotated products on sale all through out the year.
I always pick up my orders as i live close by and ive never had any problems, its quick simple and easy.
