I’m updating my review again to reflect where things stand now.

Original issues: On April 27, 2026 I was told my aligners would ship “by next week.” On May 12, 2026 I was told “shipped within this week for sure.” Both deadlines passed. It took weeks past those promises before I saw any product, and I still have not received my treatment plan.

Current status: They finally delivered my 13 aligners and I’ve started the process. So far the aligners themselves are okay and I’m continuing with treatment. However, they have not sent my retainers yet, and no one has checked my progress since I started wearing them.

Bottom line: I was patient through major shipping delays and broken timeline promises, but I’ve paid in full for Order #4228 and still don’t have all items or follow-up care. If they send the retainers and check progress as promised, I’ll update again. As of today, I can’t fully recommend due to the communication + fulfillment issues.

I was hesitant at first but Mike made the process really easy for me.
Instant replies and helped through out the whole journey so far. Waiting to receive my retainers now and Im already so excited!
They sent me a video of how they expect my treatment to work for me and I cant wait for this!

Can’t fault them! from start to finish Mike has been great. Always quick responses, and amazing customer service and such good deals too. Finally have a perfect smile too

I sent my impressions in, and then it was RADIO SILENCE. The only response I could get via email was WE WILL HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT YOU…..AND THEIR PHONE VM IS FULL! I don’t know WHERE THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE COMING FROM! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! My credit card company refunded me & went after them thank god (thank you CAPITAL ONE!)

Great customer service and shared updates in a timely manner. The impression kit was easy and everything was very affordable. Alan was great at providing updates with everything.

I decided to try teeth straightening through Smile Perfect because it’s affordable. The contact I’ve had so far has been really good. If I’ve had any concerns I’ve emailed the company who have responded really quickly .

So far all has gone really well, communication has been good and it’s been really easy taking impressions and receiving the scan results to see how my teeth will hopefully eventually look….

I rated them one star because that's as low as goes. My aligners never fit right and the one tooth that needed the most work never was corrected. They wanted another $300 to correct it. It took way to long to here back from someone. Horrible customer service. 🫣

Good prices

Application was easy enough, but it took a while for an advisor to be appointed; I had to call twice, but once Mike was on the case, it all went smoothly. Mike has walked me through the process, and has made it seamless. It’s good to know he is there should we run into any issues.

I always wanted straight teeth and a good smile, but cost, dental plan coverage and cost got in the way. Smile perfect’s process is super easy. Their support was with me every change of aligners and the cost fit my budget. I’m much more confident now with a great smile!

This company has had excellent communication and checking up on progress! Every time I’ve sent a message I’ve gotten a response within half a day. Wonderful so far!

Mike was responsive to my queries and got back to me quickly. The treatment plan arrived and showed the potential treatment. I look forward to seeing the progress as treatment starts.

I originally purchased these aligners on the 26th February for the dual night arches after I made initial inquiries the day before regarding my questions and concerns. After the initial pictures, impressions and 3D images confirming what was to happen with the aligners, I received them on 20th April.

Mike was my Smile Specialist and has been nothing short of amazing the whole way through. He answered all my emails and questions promptly and gave clear instructions and advice for my impressions kit.

I’ve started my aligners today and I have 13 sets to go through with 14 days in between each, and I was given 2 sets of retainers for when I finish (a normal and a spare). I’ll be back with an update to show how the rest have gone but so far the first set fit perfectly for the movement of my teeth. All instruction manuals are given through email so you’ll always have a copy. I also purchased a UV retainer cleaner to keep them in top condition.

My experience so far have been good. Contact through the service,a guy named Mike Very helpful throughout the whole process. Once I have finished my treatment I will repost on my results and let everyone know how it went. 🤟🏻

Please ignore all the fake reviews of this website. I signed up to receive my impressions within 10 working days - it ended up taking around 2 months. I then asked for a refund as the previews had no change to them. They said it would take 7 working days, and I still haven’t had it back after 20. DO NOT USE THEM.

I would like to say their response to this review doesn’t address the issues of delays - I requested a discount due to my previews being 6 weeks late. My refund was not processed after 7 working days, but 20 days later (which was 24 hours after I chased). And still has not been received by my bank

Great experience so far - Mike the customer service agent, has been brilliant, always replies promptly, and shares all the needed info.

This process has been so easy and smooth 10/10
