Order wilson padel balls. Call the support to confirmed if the text or the picture of product that was the real one. Got confirmed that the picture was the right product, but after receive my order, that was opposite. So got the silver can instead of gold/yellow.

Please be aware that current circumstances may cause delays in transit. New border controls, reduced air cargo capacity in the market, and protective measures may impact service.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee when your order will be released, as this is due to the customs rules and procedures in place in your country. Based on our experience, it can take Customs between 15 and 60 days to release your package and continue delivery.

Review of NOX Limited Edition Agustín Tapia 2025 padel racket:
A huge disappointment. I purchased the NOX Limited Edition Agustín Tapia 2025 racket from Smashinn, expecting top-tier quality—as should be the case with premium equipment costing several hundred euros. Unfortunately, after just a few matches, the racket cracked on the “soft” side from a regular padel ball hit, with no external impact or misuse whatsoever.
I reached out to Smashinn about a warranty claim—and their response was extremely frustrating. They dismissed the issue as “non-warranty damage” and completely avoided responsibility. No real inspection, no genuine attempt to help, just excuses. Their customer service was evasive and unhelpful throughout the process.
This kind of attitude from both Smashinn and NOX is unacceptable, especially for one of the most expensive models on the market, endorsed by professional players. If a racket can’t withstand normal play, it should not be sold as “high performance.”
I expected much more. I won’t be buying from Smashinn again, and I no longer trust NOX as a brand. Poor product quality, and even worse customer support.

Unfortunately, your reply only confirms my impression – this is just another generic template that doesn’t address the actual issue. I’ve been waiting for concrete action regarding my return, but instead of real help, I keep receiving empty promises and automated responses.
If you truly care about your customers, as you claim, please take real action instead of repeating the same phrases. I’m thoroughly disappointed with your customer service.

Ordering and payment smooth, BUT it was not clear how long delivery would take , nor by what means. The use of Royal Mail delayed the delivery considerably. I would have preferred a paid courier option !

I ordered some goods from SmashInn and for some reason they haven't managed to sort the delivery process out. On this occasion, they used Spring. My goods sat in their sorting office for 5 days without moving. Not what I call an efficient and effective delivery system. You are only as good as your weakest link, and for SmashInn, it's Spring Courier services

We offer a wide variety of products, many of which are in stock at our logistics centre for immediate dispatch and others are listed with a longer delivery date, meaning they come from other warehouses.
When you select one of these products you are given an estimated delivery date based on the transit time of the product to our logistics centre (from where all orders are sent) and the shipping time according to the transport company you have chosen.
We do our best to constantly improve our service, but occasionally, due to stock shortages, duplicate orders and working in real time with stock, some products are shown in stock but may be temporarily out of stock or delivery may be delayed.
In this case and unfortunately, we can only pass on to our customers the delivery times indicated by our suppliers.
Remember that you can modify or add items to your order from your account or cancel the order at any time if you prefer not to wait any longer for a product.
On the contrary, you will receive an email as soon as the order is shipped with the carrier's tracking number and the invoice.
We have taken your comments into account and have forwarded them to the relevant department in order to continuously improve and take measures to improve the quality of our services as well.

Scam or Negligence — Still No Delivery After Two Months
I placed order #56118133 on February 7, 2025, from TradeINN (SmashINN store). According to the tracking, the item was supposedly shipped on February 8 — yet it was never delivered.
Since then, it’s been over two months of excuses and copy-paste responses from customer support claiming they are “investigating.” No refund, no reshipment, just delays and meaningless updates.
This is either a scam or pure negligence.

Contrary to the negative reviews, my experience was good.
Ordered two Padel rackets and some balls and received the items about a week later as advised.
Everything was packaged well with no damage.
I tracked the items and they were eventually delivered by Royal Mail once in the UK.

Placed order, didn't hear anything from them. Chased it up to find out an item was delayed as they didn't have it at their warehouse. Asked for an ETA, kept receiving what seemed to be automated messages. Asked for items in stock to be shipped separately and got told they don't split orders.
Was told that the item was coming from another warehouses and to wait. Receive another email advising that the item "Might Not be in stock".
This order was for my son's birthday and they have ruined it. Had to cancel and an still waiting my refunded. Absolute joke of a business, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
