Don't use this company
Don't use this company. Returns are extremely difficult and outrageously expensive from the USA. I bought a pair of Addidas sneakers which didn't fit properly. I paid about $100. According to DHL, it is going to cost me $150 to ship them back to Spain. Forget about it! Don't use them!

Seems hit & miss
Ordered some shoes and clothes using my account details created from a previous order of a racket (that was delivered ok). This time the shoes got all the way to the UK for a Royal Mail delivery. Royal Mail then claimed they couldn't deliver due to the address being incomplete. Looked at the website details in my account and above the address box was written my house number and road name, however in the actual address box it was just my road name. So obviously that was the problem, but these details were used for my previous successful tennis racket order, I never changed any address details for this order as it had worked previously. Doesn't make much sense. Shoes now appear to be on their way back to Spain, annoying.

Goods shown by their tracking as returned to sender on 2nd May …… no sign of any refund yet, getting ridiculous.

Great prices and range
Unlike a lot of padel companies out there, the very competitive price you see is what you pay - no extra customs charges further down the line.
This was my third order this year with Smash Inn and each time they have been the cheapest for the items I've wanted.
Only negative is that you need to be patient, delivery will be at least a week even if the courier says its coming sooner.

A very positive experience
I was a little bit apprehensive as I had read some reviews about orders arriving beyond stated times. We didn't need the order quickly and the trainers were the ones my son really liked and were cheaper than on other sites, so we decided to order. The order arrived exactly when it was expected to and the trainers arrived in excellent condition. Overall a very positive experience for us.

This is scam
This is scam, I purchased a racket from Smashin, they made an error on my delivery and the courier has returned the racket to them, but they refuse to refund me. Their "Support Team" have come back to say the claim period for my claim has now expired, despite me requesting a refund for the past 3 months.

Terrible service company fails to deliver on what they offer
Company gave unrealistic delivery times to draw you into buying from them and make you pay for delivery on expensive orders, then push back the delivery by weeks. I then contacted customer service who said the delivery would be shipped in a few hours drum roll please it wasnt so I contact again and they say it will be shipped in 48-72 hours and that is to only get it to my regional delivery center from which it has to be shipped. Bearing in mind they did not update me on the delays unless I contacted them and the fact it is already past the latest delivery date they first claimed which was 5 days after I ordered plenty of time to ship the product and they have offered no compensation eventhough I paid for delivery I would say it is a terrible service definitely not worth it buy from someone else. Yes delivery dates can be estimates but communicate and work with your customer not just pretend they dont exist!

Pretty happy with the whole process, order arrived after 1 week.
It was a bit weird that I did not receive a confirmation email that the order was on its way. I did however manage to follow everything on my account.
Racket and protector arrived in good shape.

SMASHINN delivery and product quality is good but when we order from other countries…the return postal charge is very very high and also lack of customer service responsiveness which is very very worst , and difficulty tracking orders . So it is totally waste to buy in SmashINN

Very sceptical at first, but Wow, best experience ever.
Bought two Adidas Padel racquets, Asics shoes and Adidas Padel bag.(03/03/2025)
Paid and then prayed.
My order was shipped (04/03/2025) before the date originally indicated, and I was able to track my parcel daily all the way to South African Customs.(13/03/2025)
Real fear set in when I realised it was being handled and delivered by the South African Post Office.
Long story short, two weeks later, (28/03/2025) I got a call to say my parcel had arrived at Howick Post Office.
Purchase total was just over R12k, and all I had to pay for Customs at the Post Office was R752-00.
I was over the moon and will most definitely be ordering more sports goods from Smashinn shortly.
Brilliant service, amazing products, great prices.

Bought a racket from these guys 2 weeks…
Bought a racket from these guys 2 weeks ago, competent experienced padel player, racket cracked and broke on me through totally standard use, the company refused any warranty or liability
£130 down the drain with no solution or assistance from them. Wouldn’t recommend using them due to the terrible customer service. Lucky it wasn’t a £300 racket, think I would’ve totally lost my head.
Would stay clear or you may regret it if something goes wrong
