Site is filled with up sells, you can only challenge one item at a time and it's just not worth the money. The only thing they seem to do well is billing.

Billing follows the plan selected at enrollment and continues until the account is closed, which can be done online anytime. SmartCredit is a user-driven, neutral platform designed to help you understand your credit, review your reports, and find ways to improve your score.
