The products I purchase were priced fairly and arrived quickly. they were shipped in a container packed safely to prevent damage. What was really astounding about Smallflower though is the customer service that I received. I had a failed mobile order that I continued on my computer, unknown to me was that both orders had gone through, though I had only received a single confirmation from PayPal and Smallflower's automated email response system. A couple days later though I received a call from a representative asking me if I had meant to place 2 order or not. This was mind blowing that a person was actually paying attention to the orders let alone taking the time to ensure the accuracy. Smallflower could have accepted my second order without a second thought, happy to expand their profit margin, but I was treated and absolutely delighted with this excellent customer service. I will definitely shop Smallflower again because service like this is a quality that deserves my loyalty.

I recently purchased (for the 2nd time) a powder underarm deodorant called "Life Stinks." Not an anti-Perspirant (it contains NO aluminum chlorhydrate) it has a very light scent of cedar. It comes with a shaker and one sprinkles it on the hands and then pats it into the underarm. It is a gentle and very effective product, prevents odor, AND actually keeps you dry and comfortable. I have very sensitive skin, and this type of product is perfect for me. It is very comfortable and causes no irritation. AND, it's all natural with no irritating chemicals.
