I was extremely disappointed in the size of the perfume vial sample. Each one cost $4.00 and they were about half the size of the vials I get for free at Sephora. I will not be ordering any of those again.

I really like that Smallflower carries products that are difficult to find in the US. Also, the customer service is superb. They called me to apologize for being out of an item, and wanted to make sure that was ok. Little detail, but thoughtful.

I used to have a Kent hairbrush and I wanted a new one about 10 years ago. My daughter said she'd buy me a brush for my birthday but the one she bought was not the Kent brush I loved. I used it, but not happily. It is only a few days until my birthday this year and I have been needing a new comb. I was trying to remember the name of the brush I used to have and after some thought I went to look it up on my computer. I saw the ad from Smallflower and the name Kent and I knew I was in the right place. I couldn't be happier...two days later I had my new brush and two Kent combs for less than I remember paying years ago and they came quickly, without fuss and with two attractive samples of a lovely body lotion. For literally years, I have searched for the perfect Linden fragrance, and Provence Santé's Linden Eau Toilette is absolutely.....well, it is just simply perfect, and the price makes me smile. In addition to the Linden, I ordered Yardley's English Rose. While it's scent is pleasant enough, it's more like a rose water and I prefer a stronger fragrance; nevertheless, I am quite pleased with both purchases. I'd like to note that when I first placed an order with Smallflower for the Linden, I was notified right away that my account would be credited as the company needed to restock the product, which is no surprise as I have no doubt it's a favorite of many folks. From my experiences dealing with online company's, Smallflower stands out when it comes to integrity and very nice products.
