Amazing customer experience and fantastic products. I’d seen Slouch products at a show and finally ordered a chair and desk in the Black Friday Sale and I’m so pleased I did.
Very solid products which look amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
In addition the customer service received from the initial enquiry and especially by Matt was 5⭐️ and really went above and beyond.
It’s wonderful to have a UK based company who is easy to deal with and puts their customers first. Lovely addition putting the name of those who assemble the chairs on the base 😊

Bought the Slouch Task Two on Black…
Bought the Slouch Task Two on Black Friday at a good price, and it’s been a definate upgrade. It has a contemporary look, sturdy build, and plenty of adjustability. The upright, slightly forward‑sloping feel took a bit of getting used to, but now it feels supportive. It arrived quickly, was well packaged, and was easy to assemble.

Great customer service
Slouch allow you to trial a chair for 14 days, and although the chair wasn't quite right for me, they efficiently organised collection of the chair by Fedex on a day to suit me and refunded me in full within 24 hours. Their chairs are comfortable, well-priced and aesthetically pleasing. (I returned it due to an issue particular to me, not because of anything wrong with the chair.)

A sturdy, well made product that was easy to assemble and good value for money. Great pale pink seat colour for home, not too office-like. Comfortable chair to sit in all day when working from home, and easily adjustable for different users. Delivered quickly and efficiently. Would definitely buy again.

The chair would be perfect if...
I purchased this chair after searching far and wide for a cormfortable chair after spending £350 on a gaming chair (worst mistake of my life) so i went for this one. The chair is perfect but the only thing that lets it down is the backrest, im 5 ft 7 and the backrest is to small it doesnt cover your upper back/shoulders so within an hour your neck and upper back are soar. That being said everything other than that after usinf this chair for a few months now is perfect, much better than a gaming chair.. i'd rate it a 7/10 as far as office chairs go

Taking Ownership
At first, my chair was delivered to the wrong place (by FedEx) and lost. But then, the Slouch team were incredibly swift in sorting the issue out, sending me a new chair free of charge and reimbursing me £19 for the inconvenience. And so, whilst the original delivery experience was frustrating Slouch did a fantastic job of re-earning my trust as a customer.

I was really happy with my chair until…
I was really happy with my chair until I noticed a slight defect on the armrest frame where a bolt was not secured internally. The defect parts were replaced with no issue. Really happy with the chair and service.
