I have waited since January 26 2022 to receive my legaly won withdrawal I sent in all relevant documents and was approved yet Sloty Support Team is ignoring my emails or if they answer the response is the same it's been escalated to the relevant department and will let me know when they have a date

Been trying to make a withdrawal since October 2021. It’s now July and they have finally managed to make the payment to me. Several poor chat experiences, blocked without reason once also (I self excluded myself apparently and then they unself excluded me). Terrible experience but a great way to deter people from gambling. So good work Sloty and Genesis. DONT GAMBLE. Invest, save, put these companies out of business.

If i only i had read reviews before signing up to this con farce of a casino . Make verification impossible, everytime you send what they ask you get an email saying “almost there but not quite” or “just one more “ thing. Ok Clueso .
Am in the process of escalation IBAS however dear sloppy sloty customer service refuse to acknowledge my request for a final decision for the lovely helpful people at IBAS .
Sloty love to take your money but won’t pay out if you win a decent amount. They didn’t learn their lesson after losing their license briefly i guess . Can’t speak to their inept customer service on phone as the number doesn’t exist .
Keep citing about terms and conditions but break their own terms . Apparently t&c issues don’t count when you spend money with them only if you win money. SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COST.
Definitely taking this to every gambling claim process possible.

I enjoy the site, I play mainly on mobile, a good variety of games though I usually stick to my favourite few. I find the games to be fair and bonuses to come along in line with other casinos. Recently I bet £50 and managed to win £500. I withdrew my money on Saturday night. By Sunday mid-afternoon, the money was in my account. A very smooth, quick and easy process and I am delighted with that! I know other casinos that pay out in a matter of hours but I feel the 24 hour window is still acceptable and was happy with this. I used a debit card to withdraw. I had an email at 3:07pm to say my withdrawal was successful and the money would be in my account 1-3 business days, but was in 20 minutes later! Once again a let down…
Once again a let down…. Logged in, a bonus promt popped up saying i had an offer of 50% deposit match, i clicked claim now… took me to deposit page… i deposited… no bonus… messaged chat, no record of it, asked for screenshot which is ludicrous… only way i could provide a screen shot is with a time machine…. So was just told i cannot add it for you…. So…. After takin 2 week to get a withdrawl thought id give it another go… mistake. Better sites out there.

My account is fully verified... however my withdrawal hasn't been processed yet, it is still pending. Customer service state it can take 21 days. 22 days!!! Why so long its crazy. I have been waiting 16days. It has definitely put me off spending more money to play as this process is too long

Avoid at all costs. I have had to make a complaint to the online ombudsman and the UK gambling commission. I have also had to take this to my union.
I withdrew winnings which where made from my own money I deposited on the 18th of march. They asked for ID and address checks which have all been verified. But my winnings still have not been paid. Aparantly this is still "under review".
None of the repetitive chat workers have made clear what they are "reviewing".
Do not use this company. They are fraudulent! I have taken this nationally to the media.

Update- I have sent a formal written complaint on Tues 1st March. I will await their response so I can then take to the UK gambling commission and advertising stds authority over unclear T&Cs - I will update here on how it goes. If anyone else has this issue then I would suggest they notify the UK gambling commission (but you have to complain to Sloty 1st)
I thought I would try them again as I am UK player now fully verified. I deposited £2k on a UK debit card on Thurs pm. I won £600 and withdrew onto same UK debit card- I then withdrew. I then got an email saying I had not wagered my deposit of £2k and the w/d was returned - even though I accepted no bonus - this is the email

update 27th Feb - just had a mail to say they have released funds - will check my bank but usually a delay. But be very aware if you deposit large sums and win early on and want to quit - they will force you to play through at least 1X. it is in their T&Cs but in my opinion I find this to be unfair - and could possibly encourage players to gamble more than they want to - I have not come across this on other sites

Wow I think genesis casinos have finally improved there withdrawal process
I have had bad experience with genesis casino groups in the past but was told by a YouTube streamer that they had been great lately. It took less then 24 hours for the withdrawal to reach my account very impressed and hope this will continue in the future. The new verification process is much better also keep up the great work.
