Scam scam scam

I waited over 6 months was told time and time again it was in processing them last week I looked and they had put it back to my sloty account again I tried to cash out and today I look again it’s back in my sloty account they owe me £679 now they are rip off merchants

STAY AWAY!!

STAY AWAY!!!
Waiting over 3 weeks for a withdrawal - Closed and blocked my account with any reason,
Now just told the same lie when I email - “Withdrawals under review and this has been escalated to the relevant team”
No point trying to make a complaint because their complaints email isn’t real, just bounces back.
Phone number never works probably never has.
Amazes me how they get away with this stuff

Been waiting over a month for withdrawal, have chased and no timescales provided for payment just that it is pending. Account verified and no issues my end. £300 is a lot of money in current climate. Have emailed and spoken to online chat but nothing progressed

This is the single worst experience I…

Signed up on Friday 26 and had won…

Signed up on Friday 26 and had won £4240 by Sunday, 6 withdrawals pending!! Absolutely crapping myself they wouldn’t pay out. Got an email saying congratulations on my wins an hour ago and my withdrawals would be released today. All in my Acc an hour later. Hope it continues like this. Only issue I have is with the automatic document verification that refuses to except my driving license/ bank statement as proof of address when I’ve been told by support that this will suffice. Still not verified which is a bit of a worry but over all a great experience.

Waiting for withdrawal 29/7/22 username john26285 after 4 days had good wins on the site so gave it 2 stars but not getting answers about my pending withdrawal of £559.52 I am fully verified but they are not processing my withdrawal

Update day 6 3/8/22 no withdrawal still and email from Renato from sloty support at 4am
Saying “I'm very sorry and I do understand that this might be frustrating.

Our payment department has been chased again in order to fix this for you very soon.”
They have been chaser for days and not processing withdrawal I don’t understand.

Worst site ever

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this site. I deposited several times and then won over a 1000 euros . However when I have tried to withdraw... I get the following excuses

They need my documents verifying - documents now verified

It takes 5 to 27 day for a withdrawal - still nothing 40 days later

Appologise, but there is a back log - still nothing

The next is response was that my game playing was under review... They have to look at every transaction in detail... What??? Was I not supposed to win? Did their fix not work?? Never heard anything so stupid in all my years of online playing.

Absolute scammers. Stay away
