They will block you from live chat and…
They will block you from live chat and not Return emails if you have a problem with bonuses . I paid for 100 £1 spins and they weren’t added . To then find out I was blocked from live chat and 27 emails later the issue is still not resolved . The agents keep saying to contact through email which I’ve done . No contact Centre to call up so you’re stuck in no man’s land . What I thought was a great site has massively disappointed me . Issue still not resolved and im Out of pocket . Sort it out !!

I have deposited around 3k on this website when i finally won 1.5k after constantly losing i withdrew the money! This was over 3 months ago and im yet to receive the money, i provided them with everything they asked for to prove I haven’t got it and now they have blocked my account and dont respond to my emails. 100% scam do not use

I have deposit more then 2000euro and when the bonuses finally arrives it gives you 20 or 30 euro Max.

I have never seen a casino like this one.
Do not play on slotmonster its a rigged casino that has lot of games but gives you zero winrate try to skip slotmonster!!!!

The worst casino ever!

The worst casino I've ever played in my life. The bonuses are so hard to get and when you do get them you win hardly anything! I've spent about 2k and play 60p spins so that's alot of playing. I have had alot of bonuses and none of them pay anything. You'll be lucky to get 10x. Obviously rigged software. Stay away

*** DO NOT USE THIS CASINO *** They accept players from the UK without a UKGC licence. Deposits are clearly being laundered through shell companies. Corrupt software that guarantees you will lose. Support very helpful when depositing, then they dissapear and do not respond when you stop depositing. Promised to refund me as i'm in the UK then refused to. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "CASINO".
