A company as shoddy as there goods
I have bought sloggi mens briefs for over 20 years. Recently I have 5 pairs which holed in the crotch. I disposed of them as they occurred, one at a time, after the fifth pair I contacted sloggi which said it could only deal with this if I returned the already disposed of items. Then a further 3 pairs holed, all 8 pairs holed in the same way. I contacted the firm sent them back requesting refund for all 8 pairs. I received an email with no apology or explanation giving a refund for 3 pairs. So this shoddy company match their shoddy garments. Don't buy or if you have hold on to your faulty goods so that the disbelieving company can get there quality assurance people to examine them.

'Have duplicated and charged me for an order, despite them admitting this is their mistake they have failed to rectify the situation. They are now not answering emails, phone calls and have deleted Facebook posts. Avoid dealing with this company direct. I am about to contact Trading Standards.
