Poor customer service

I order two bras from sloggi and then read the reviews aargh ! The bras didn’t fit so I emailed for a returns label which I received straight away
I had a full refund although I had to send an email to prompt them for this after 14 days
So for me the company has been great although they’ve needed prompting - fair service I thought 👍
Bad products, horrible customer relations
They don't deserve even one star! The worst customer service I have ever encountered.
I was their customer for 20 years and all my underwear was from them. I talk about Sloggi zero microfiber (seamless collection). They were perfect for me until around 2.5 years ago the design changed from 'sewing the inner lining' to 'glueing' it. Within 1.5 years in all my new Sloggi the inner layer became loose. The glue was coming off. (Btw, I did follow washing instructions!). I had around 20 pairs of these ‘new’ Sloggi and all of them fell apart.
Within the last months (in the 2 years of warranty), I contacted their customer service multiple times. They have never come up with any form of compensation! But in every email, they wrote how important the customer is to them… Read: not at all!
It was an obvious design flaw and the company didn’t want to take any responsibility even for one the most loyal customers!
I will never buy any of their products again because they showed me how little they care! And basically, their products have been crap for a longer time.
I see I am not the only one here with a bad experience.
Very disappointed with my sloggie bra. After just over 12months wear the fused seams are falling apart. As it is outside the 12month warranty period the company wipe their hands of my claim.

Placed order in late September
Placed order in late September. I have not received the order, I have sent e-mails with no response. I cannot find a phone number to contact the company. I want to cancel the order but there is no way to do it on their site. I will never order from them again.
Product usually OK, but buy elsewhere
I've been buying Sloggi underwear for years. Generally they are good, but a recent batch I bought were not.
During this returns process they refused to refund the postage - which was significant. I now find I could have bought the same items far cheaper elsewhere and with free postage.
Bizarre sizing system
I bought a 3-pack of Sloggi underwear on sale from a local store, and I picked my usual size when it comes to underwear. The products themselves were inside the pack so I had no way to see what the size actually was which, as it turns out, would've been useful.
Trying stuff on at home, the underwear felt about 2 sizes smaller than what was printed on the box, completely unwearable to me, and being underwear & a sale item I can't even return it to the store to get a refund.
I really should've checked online reviews before purchasing because apparently I'm not the only one who's had trouble with their sizing system. I won't be buying their products again.

BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS. the sloggi.com website advertises products you can't get elsewhere eg alternative colours. they don't exist. whatever you choose they will send you the same mix of colours you didn't want. they told me i could return them at the post office. also false as they had provided an EVRI return label. EVRI don't collect returns and the nearest drop off is miles away. if you must buy sloggi buy from a reputable seller .
Really appalling
Really appalling. Never order from these guys. I bought bras that, when washed at 40 as recommended by the company, went lumpy. When I took photos and emailed the company they confirmed a refund would be delivered for the faulty products. Now they want the items sent back to a panel to be reviewed before deciding on the refund. What??! I had to email sloggi multiple times, call (and get cut off) multiple times and harass over social media just to get a response. Never buying from them again!
Seriously reconsider ordering from Sloggi.com
Along with most others leaving reviews, my experience was also dreadful. Poor sizing guidance as all items didn't fit and they do not read email correspondence correctly, replying without reading the questions I asked. Still no sign of a refund and no email to say my returns have been received. I would strongly advise anyone not to order from Sloggi.com. There is a UK based one called JustSloggi who are far better with their correspondence.

Disappointing
I bought some sloggi lightweight bras and pants, thinking of comfort. I was very disappointed to discover that you need to be 1. flat as a pancake, or, 2. still as a statue, to wear these. Just walking around and moving my arms meant the bra rode up and I spent all my time adjusting and being embarrassed. In the end I gave them to my - much slimmer and sedentary - daughter.

Awful experience
Awful experience! AVOID took 2 weeks to arrive, items were terrible sizing. Sent back straight away... 3 weeks later no refunds. Keep chasing up emails and phone calls. Thank goodness I purchased through PayPal and will be setting up a case. Do yourself a favour and buy from a UK stockist like John Lewis etc that will process your order and refund you if needed in no time.
SHOCKING RETURNS POLICY
Bought a zero lace bralette and the padded inserts became lumpy so sent an email and pictures. Heard nothing and called them. They are in Germany and though I had bought in the UK. They sent prepaid returns but wouldn’t refund until they had the item to inspect even though they had the photos. Chased again via emails with no response. Another phone call and told that the claim team will be looking at it for Up to 10 days!!! I don’t have the item or the refund and they have not let me know anything and 10 days is up. Don’t ship here
