Experience was ok. Products are great I double ordered a few supplies and reached out for a return or credit for those items. Still waiting on that problem to be resolved.

Horrible experience!
It took a month for my purchase to arrive and come to find out, I purchased the wrong item (that's on me). The fact Slingmods is nothing more than a drop shipper and took a month to fulfill my last two orders is the reason I'll never do business with them again.

This was my 2nd time ordering from SlingMods. The shipping is fast & the items are a perfect fit & perfect match. The items were very easy to do. The items were packaged securely. My last order was the Tufskinz peel & stick stickers..LOVE them! They were very easy to attach. They look SO natural. Most people don't realize it was an add-on. The quality of the material is top tier.

Customer service is excellent and the product offerings are great! I've contacted customer service several times with questions and have always had very positive experiences. Any time associates were not available, I left my callback info/question and received a return call within a timely manner. Also appreciate the great "how-to" videos!

Always have had great luck and customer support with this company. Some things are shipped super fast, and others that have to be made to order take a little while. Absolutely love all the install videos for almost everything they sell! Excellent consideration for the customer will continue to purchase from this company

I keep coming back to SlingMods because they consistently deliver quality products and a great customer experience. My recent purchases — the SSV Works 6.5" Marine Coaxial Speakers and the Colored ABS Plastic Speaker Grille Covers — arrived quickly and were exactly as described.

SlingMods makes it easy to find unique upgrades that truly customize and enhance my ride. I appreciate how well they package items, how clear the installation guides are, and how responsive their customer support is if I ever have a question.

One small suggestion for the future: it would be great if some products, like the speakers, could come with a color grille option upfront instead of needing to buy the standard black first.

That said, SlingMods remains my go-to for reliable mods and accessories. Five stars every time!
