Slingmods has the best Customer Service I ever deal with anywhere for anything.
Extremely respectful, courteous and professional. When busy , they takes a message and never, ever forgot to call me back. Great Company with great representatives.

I ordered the SSV Works speaker system for my Can‑Am Ryker, and the kit I received was not compatible with my bike. The amplifier came with the wrong plug, so it cannot be installed.

I contacted Slingmods by phone and email. They originally said they would send a return label for a refund, but I never received it. Every time I call, I’m sent to voicemail. They returned one call, but after that I have received no responses to my emails or messages.

I also reached out to SSV Works, but they said they cannot help because the purchase was made through Slingmods.

At this point, I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t fit and no customer support from either company. Posting this so other Ryker owners know to double‑check compatibility and be aware of the customer service issues.

Easy to use website. Has one of the larger selections of aftermarket parts for the Can Am Rykers and Spyders. Good pricing on parts usually the same or lower than I can find from other sources. Orders processed quickly and efficiently. Have received all orders usually quicker than expected.

I have been dealing with slingmods now for almost 2 years. And from the very beginning, it has been great. I have been dealing with Curtis. He always has a solution, he's just a very Amazing personI've never met him in person but I feel like I know him for my whole life. They are very excellent company.I have you recommend them if you have it can am spyder which I have or a slingshot.This is the place to go.

We always receive phenomenal customer service and fair pricing at SlingMods. We have watched them grow since their inception and are a great value to the Slingshot community.

I've bought several parts and upgrades from Slingmods, their products are high quality, and the installation video's are real good! The communication with the techs are real good! I Highly recommend Slingmods!

Everything I've bought here has been solid. Website describes everything perfectly. Many items have helpful videos on installation. I've ordered several times and they ship the item out pretty fast. The delivery is regular mail- so it takes awhile. But at least they get it out the door within a day or two.

Every time I order from them I get top quality products that work for, and fit my Slingshot. I have only had to return one item in all my years of dealing with them, and that was no hassle. Parts are shipped quickly and packed securely to avoid damage on arrival. This is one top notch company I'll continue doing business with.

I shopped around and found that Slingmods had the best price for the part I needed. Easy ordering and quick delivery.

The product was exactly as advertised. The arrival date changed a couple of times but, I assume that was due to the January snow storm. Would purchase again.

Slingmods is the most professional and knowledgeable about the Can Am Ryker, and they ship very fast. They have the biggest inventory to cover every Ryker need, and they have the most helpful instructional videos for all there products. They are costly, but we'll worth the money if you want the best products. Thank you Baja Ron products, and THANK YOU SLINGMODS!

While I appreciate the product quality and the convenience of SlingMods as a "one-stop shop," their pricing structure is increasingly difficult to justify. I have consistently found the exact same items elsewhere for as much as $100 less. To make matters worse, their loyalty "discount" is a mere 1%—essentially a $10 credit for every $1,000 spent. In a competitive market, a 1% incentive feels more like an insult than a reward. Good products, but the predatory pricing and negligible discounts make it hard to recommend.

Truly amazing customer service. I placed my first order and did not order correctly so when I received my seat and realized what I did I called them to add the back rest and they were so prompt and professional. Could not have been a smoother process. So thankful. Thank you for such a great experience and I will definitely be ordering my parts in the future.

Working with Slingmods has been awesome. The Show Chrome LED Trunk Lights and Show Chrome wiring harness were absolutely amazing and relatively easy to install on the CanAm Spyder RTs. Slingmods was easy to work with, and the videos they supplied were more than enough to successfully install the products they sold.

Slingmod is a great company to deal with. Great interaction with customer service, fast delivery and quality products. If I'm in the market for SlingShot products, Slingmods is my ONLY go to!
