Part arrived damaged. No way to return or replace it.

I paid 453 euro for a heat panel. It arrived damaged from DHL. I contacted Slimmeheater to exchange it, but they are nearly impossible to reach. Via several back & forth emails I was given an auto filled contact form that referenced a unit that cost 219 euro. When I asked why the unit didn't match my invoice, all contact stoped. So now I have a damaged part taking up space and no way to get my money back or replace it. This company is designed to steal you money.
