Poor service...
I ordered some heaters and received two damaged and clearly used products (with screw marks and clear fall marks/damage). After reporting (11 days after receiving the undamaged boxes; that I only opened when starting working on the project) I was told I only had 7 days to notify any damage. They were very unhelpful and unfriendly in handeling my queries.
Particularly
- this is against the 2-week period as prescribed by law.
- the product was clearly a returned product with screw marks alongside the damage. They must have known this. Which makes me even more surprised by their unwillingness to come to a solution.
- the box was fully intact, so also the damages have been pre-existing.
