Bought a bottle of Maai for my bf from Slickboys who posted a review here but it got taken down for whatever reason. Weird. Anyway the smell is crazy, super unique, and Slickboys were one of only a few places it was available. The service only added to the experience. Excellent customer service from Finn! He was very good with the communication and my order was sent out the same day I put my order in.

It's a small thing, but I received a handwritten thank-you note from Finn on my order summary print out (and a stick of refreshers!). It's a nice change to the very impersonal experience of shopping with big companies. SMEs really do need our support and you'll get a way better experience overall.
