All of our packaging is sustainably sourced and eco-friendly
We use recyclable boxes that are sealed with our branded biodegradable gum tape instead of plastic tapes, and inside the boxes we use compostable packing. The parcel nuts that we use inside the boxes are made of corn starch and they actually dissolve in water! Which we think is amazing!

Best for planet. Best for me!
Best price, and as the name suggests, the company is very planet friendly - even to the ‘planet nuts’ packing beads… They look like polystyrene… but dissolve under running water (or alternatively, throw them onto your compost!). I will definitely use this company again!

My order had inadvertently gone to an unknown postcode, but Cally dealt with the situation very efficiently and immediately sent out a replacement (which I received two days later) and put a recall on the one that had gone astray.

What a lovely experiance, I qualified for free shipping so wasn't expecting a speedy delivery during the cold weather and holidays. However when it did arrive there was a lovely hand written note apologising for the delay in despatch (days not much at all) and some high quality extra gifts. Very impressive service, over and above. They are now top of my list when sourcing this product again. Trust is important and these things really do make a huge difference when deciding who we spend our money with.
