Ordered food at 7.15pm. Said 30-40 mins. At 9.15 I gave up and went and collected something else because they were not answering the phone. At 1041pm when we were in bed, they attempted to deliver. They have refused a refund on the basis they attempted - the food wasn't left, and my CCTV shows nobody tried to deliver - but Slice and Spice need my £25 more than they need to avoid bad reviews apparently.
