Thanks a bunch I paid 80£ for VAT and shipping! That was awful experience. I’ll never ever this mistake!
You guys should use some calculation facilities on your website to customers able to see how much cost for each item, inset of send email!

As advised on our site, duties are pre-paid only for shipments heading to the US, while for shipments heading to other non-EU countries they're not, as advised on all product pages, at cart, checkout and on our Help Desk.
