Your services are quite poor

Your services are quite poor. Why would you not have European and UK sizes in your site since you have shops in Italy?

We're sorry to hear that the experience on our site wasn't as good as you expected it to be and that sizing is not clear.

Shoes are listed with their original sizing, for example Nike comes in US sizes and Adidas in UK. Of course we do provide a specific size conversion chart on all product pages with detailed correspondences with US, UK, EU and JP sizes.

We're sorry to hear that the experience on our site wasn't as good as you expected it to be.
We do understand your frustration, however we'd like to point out that the parcel was correctly delivered at the address you provided, as you confirmed yourself, and then something seems to have happened after delivery. Nor we or the courier can be responsible for what happens after delivery, customers have all of the necessary means to redirect their parcels in case they are not home to accept the delivery.

Your case is being reviewed by Shopify, they will decide on the final outcome of this case.
