My husband wanted to order me a specific pair of pleasers for valentines and left it rather late. I spoke with Jon from sky high and I can't thank him enough he went above and beyond ordering the shoes from America before I had even purchased as he wanted to make sure they would arrive to me on time before I spent any money. Will 1000% be ordering from these again and won't even bother to look elsewhere due to the amazing service I received I couldn't of asked for more. Thanks again

I was really happy with my demonias, which arrived really quickly- only 2 days after ordering them! The quality of the shoes is great, and they are demonias- not a cheap remake.

From start to finish a first class service. I called the store prior to placing our order, and the advice and information given was perfect - thank you. My daughter loves her new Demonia shoes.

This company went over and above to source a pair of demonia boots for a gift in time for Christmas. Even contacting me out of office hours, excellent communication and customer service. I was actually hesitant to use this them before as like a lot of demonia suppliers they don’t hold stock in U.K... I shouldn’t have been as delivery was very quick and they are one of the only companies that explains the process step by step on the website, instead of just telling you it’s longer than usual U.K. delivery times.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will probably go there first to look for demonias or alt styles.

Wonderful Service
I ordered some shoes in early December 2020, and they placed the order from the USA immediately and within a few days they had already received and shipped it to me. I live in Cyprus (EU), it took just over a month for the shoes to arrive from the UK, but I suspect it was due to the slow Christmas package traffic. They were really helpful and supportive when I reported that my shoes were taking too long to arrive and kept in touch with me to update me on any forward deliveries. Jon went out of his way to get my daughters boots delivered for Christmas. He emailed me with regular updates always truthful which is more than I can say about other companies i had tried to order from. I will definitely be ordering her next boots via this company. I received a pair of shoes that were missing some of the chain on them and customer service were straight on it and I got a replacement straight away! Amazing company honestly can not recommend enough their customer service is so helpful and I really really can not recommend this company enough. 10/10

I messaged them back and forth with questions about the shoes and boots I wanted, delivery, etc. They managed the delivery so I got the shoes on a day I would be in and they wouldn't be left outside in all weathers. Great service and a great product. I will be buying from them again with absolutely no concerns about my orders.

I bought these shoes for my daughter for my mother's Funeral.
When i sent a message to Sky High Shoes explaining to them i needed them ASAP.
They sent the order off to America straight away and told me when they should receive them.
When they receive them they sent them out the same day to me priority Delivery.
I definitely will be using this company again lovely shoes and unique to whats in the high street shops.

Amazing service, updates throughout whole ordering and shipping process. Was warned that COVID may have affected delivery dates however was pleasantly surprised to find my shoes came before expected delivery date.
