Asking for documents that don't exist and won't do anything to help the situation! The want a receipt of a deposit in the format of a bank statement BUT it can not have any other transaction on there but the one they are asking for!
This is Impossible to get a single transaction with all of my and my bank details on the 1 peace of paper! I can only get a statement for the day that shows 1 extra transaction on it and because of that they will not verify my account and holding my winnings.
I have even uploaded a statement from my bank that states what they are asking for can not be done!

After over a month since my deposit was stolen by these scumbags they will not respond after I sent everything proving my deposit was made they say my deposit was made to a different merchant???? They respond to me here but will not offer any help when I have tried through email and via their useless live chat that just respond with copy and paste messages. Sky dud is the worst online casino I've ever experienced. I've played at all major online casinos and the experience I received here was nothing short of abysmal. The customer support is utterly hopeless. I agree with all the other negative reviews on here every point they've made that I ignored is 100% valid.
Site is buggy, double deposit with no reimbursement. And on top of all of this I deposited over 1000 and haven't got a single win over $150. Honestly, I advise you play at literally any other online casino. These guys are beyond dodgy.
Any response sky dud leaves will be a desperate attempt to redeem themselves and take everything they say with a large grain of salt. My absolute favourite casino.Convenient page, easy to navigate. Everything seems to be happening fast and reliable.Lots of promo, VIP host a little tight on cashbacks but thats something I enjoy nagging him for. Requested a withdrawal of $1000 on the 26.07.2023 today is the 02.09.2023 that’s 38 days and still no money! This casino is a joke. I don’t understand how it takes 38 days! That is not fair. All they need from you in order to transfer funds into the casino is your bank account and a text to confirm it’s you. But when you win money from them your punished and made to wait 38 days.. and probably even longer.. Every email reply is the same as the last. Asking me to be patient. I’m not giving up. Next step is sending a email to the appropriate attorneys in Australia with their license number and evidence I have collected and hopefully get this place removed.. Stay away.
