Sky Sence promises a lot but products are bad as well as their communication. I have handed it over to "niet zorgen.nl" and hope they can do something.

I ordered a wintercoat through their website. Although they promised to deliver within 3-5 working days the coat was delivered 3 weeks later. It was, however, a different coat (far lower quality as well) and a different size (I orderd M, and got L).
When I contacted their client services they offered me a 'deal', like 15-30% off on the next order. The sky-sence website however promises to replace a wrong item within a few days, free of charge. After multiple emails over the course of 2 weeks I finally got the return form (which they didn't sent me earlier), only to find out that return costs would be for my account. Their depot is in the Filipins, and the cheapest return option was €35 (while their website says €20). When I asked them about this they replyed again that it would be better for me to just accept their offer of a discount on a next purchase. I ended up not returning the coat as I do not trust this company, e.g. after this experience I have no trust that they would refund me when the coat arrives in their depot. And it is completely against Dutch customar law and their website to make me, the client, pay for the return shipment cost as they sent me the wrong product.

I can only reiterate others' experience, though - because of American Express on-line transaction guarantee, I have been refunded.
Ordered from sky-sense on 24 July. Got supposed YunExpress tracking number. Tracking info claimed shipment from China via Liege and handover to colisprive.fr [NB .fr fro delivery in Belgium], with delivery claimed to our letterbox at 13:47 on 7 August. But no callers that day and no package left here or with neighbours. Moreover, colisprive.fr and colisprive.be denied any knowledge of the package.
Many email exchanges with sky-sense got nowhere, so filed claim for refund with American Express on 31 August. This was provisionally granted on 2 September. I also filed a complaint with consumerconnect.be

This shop is a scam. Don't be fooled by the website that is written in Dutch, and that is is located in Scharwoude: the company actually located in the Phillipines. I received my clothes after 6 weeks, and it was of very poor quality, return costs are 23 euro (only possible with track & trace). Communication is poor. I am not sending it back, since I doubt I will ever see my money again.
