This company is a complete joke if it is a company. You order a pretty dress online And it comes delivered as a completely different dress. If you try to return it and get your money back, it's completely impossible.
Beware !!!

They are SCAMMERS,I ordered 3 dresses for wedding occasion on Sep/24 and waited about 4 months to receive only 1 and was wrong dress and look like rubbishy.I emailed and they gave me the return address in China and they offered 50%off if I keep the dress then I decided to keep it but the money never got back into the account.The other two dresses NEVER COME and I kept email them and they said they are busy please patient,end up until now I haven’t received my order.Once again THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

What I ordered was not what I received. Absolutely false advertising, appalled that was even passed off as the clothing item, total waste of money and poor customer service, with no real regret that it was a bad garment. Very generic response. It will cost me more to send it back for a refund than it’s even worth, and would lose even more money.

I mean there are no words to describe how bad this is … they are scamming people, putting images of beautiful clothing and then you wait and wait (about one month) then you receive a pile of sh*#•t! Some tags with some prints that tries to resemble what you bought.

I ordered four dresses. When I received the first one I have to say that I thought I was being punked. It looked like a 5-year old made it; something you would get at the dollar store. Then when I emailed them about my disgust and wanting my money back they actually did respond but in reference to the shipping of the other 3 dresses that I ordered. They avoided answering my request.

Scam.total scam.These people send a waste items or not even send anything to people.item I received not even worth 1 dollars..after charging 140 dollars from me..Always says refund in process and never happens..never buy from them..counterfeit products

Total counterfeit, poor quality, nothing like what was advertised. Still waiting for refund, but not holding my breath. American Express investigating. This company is completely fraudulent.

The worst quality I have ever seen. Pure garbage. And the service even worse. They send the wrong dress and only offered to reimburse 10% of what I paid. Never ever buy with them. They are Thiefs.

not even 1 star is right!! crappy cloth, not what i ordered at all. not the size i ordered by far, a rip off !! i want my money back!!!

I ordered a dress 3 months ago but still waiting. Customer care services Said be patient. Wtf! Global selling site is saying that they cant send a freakin dress in 3 months! Dont use that site

Don't even go to this site!!! Dresses are amazing on the site but actuals aren't even knock offs. Maybe knock offs of the knock offs. NOTHING like what's advertised, poor material and as for the workmanship, we'll won't even go there. Returned goods okay but sat at depot days awaiting company action. Then they always email have confirmed with our finance dept refund has been made and will be paid in 10 days. 3 months later no refund and ALWAYS get same financial dept confirmation reply.

This company is a total fraud!

it was a scam, i put an order on 98,64 USD, they split the order in 3, i order 3 dresses and i recive the first dress, look like a night dress, not what i order, bad material, i sent e-mail back, i told them i want my money back, and i will go to police. Verry bad experience!!!!!!!

Divacc awful expirience. I ordered 91.6USD in three dresses. They came on monday april 28th and they are manufactered with poor quality, the fabrics are like onion cloth, all transparent, nothing like the pictures they publish. I think is a scam. I send a mail to get a refund and send the items back and they response with a beautiful offer of 10% refund, I'm not accepting this cheap offer.
I wish I could put the pictures of what they offer versus what they send, I regret not seein this complaints before the purchase.

This is outright fraud. They took my money 146$ and never sent part of the item. All my messages have been ignored despite several attempts. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times – with no response. They are clearly scamming people, and I strongly warn others against buying from them.

Horrible liars, they sent me rags instead of what I ordered, cheaply made nothing like what I ordered and when I complained they offered me 15% refund then they wanted me to send the rags back to them at my expense which it turns out is China and very expensive to return ($60) so I said no, did I ever get what I ordered? No, did I get a refund? Not yet and it has been a month. They can take my money instantly but it takes up to 45 days to get a refund. Now they say they will give me ($40!) not even close, scammers, liars and cheaters. as of today 4-19-24They have sent nothing! They also use several names DIVACC, DIVMAC, SHINE, and lots more. Beware!

They are thieves. They stole my $40 for an outfit and sent me rags. Nothing close to the outfit. This store is a scam. They should stop deceiving people. When I contacted them to return it, they gave me an address in China with a disclaimer that the shipment should not be more than $15. The UPS told me to forget it because shipping it will be more costly than the item. I trashed their rags.

Fraude Divacc
Fraude Divacc, an online clothing store, turned out to be a scam. I bought a dress for nearly $50, and what I received was a very poor-quality item, completely different from what was advertised. a piece of fabric that has nothing to do with the photos on the website I feel scammed. I do not recommend this store at all
