Absolutely simple and straightforward and highly recommended.
I used the app during our trip to Disneyland Paris, scanned the barcode at Charles De Gaulle Airport on Friday afternoon and the tax refund was in my account on Saturday morning.

Excellent service - would highly recommend

This is such a good app. So little effort required and money into my account the next day, as always. What's not to like?

The process is as easy as bureaucracy will allow.

Very simple to use

Really love SkipTax! The app is so clear and easy to use and everything is very efficient. We use it for Disneyland Paris purchases - completed my Christmas shopping there this weekend and just kept my receipts, on the final night I scanned them all and sorted at the airport quickly. Had the refund in my bank the next day. Amazing!

Great service completed in terminal before we got on the Le Shuttle money arrived in my account the nr t day.

A bit tricky to sign up but once done the app is very easy to use and the refund came in 24 hours (for France). Zapptax takes 6 weeks!

Another simple & easy skiptax transaction on wine purchase

The process of using the app is very strait forward including scanning of the bar code at customs. However I've spent five days trying to get the refund paid as the first method of payment was to use MasterCard this was accepted and then rejected four times over four days. I had to then go for a bank transfer payment that I thought would generate fees.. it turns out no fees were charged as it really is a faster payment transaction.. this should be the first and and preferred method of recieving the refund. Once the bank information was given it was immediately accepted and pretty much paid instantly.
A lot of time and effort wasted to get to this point.

Just back from 5 days at Disney and Paris and SkipTax was so easy to use for Disneyland purchases. Over 50
Euros refunded just for scanning my receipts. So easy to do and to scan at the terminal. Unfortunately some of the stores like Sephora don’t do skip tax but it was great to get money back from Disney. Highly recommend it.
