Very impressed indeed. Really simple to download the app, upload the receipt and get the refund, which came withing 24 hours.

Was easy to use very quick to do so doesnt take uo most your holiday refunded same day i scanned barcode

Experience at Calais travelling with P&O Ferries not as 'easy' as Euro Tunnel return on our previous trip to France; where there were dedicated 'Skiptax' machines in the Eurotunnel Terminal. We were advised (in the Ferry Terminal) that we had to visit the French Customs building - this was quite a walk from our boarding lane 1135! Not leaving us much time prior to our Ferry boarding. Had we 'missed' the Skiptax machines and misadvised by 'helpful' local?

Easy to use if you have app really quick to do in airport aswel only downside is in france only 2 machines and everyone didnt have all so had to wait ages for people to scan all their receipts through

Easy to use the app and follow the instructions. Must be done before leaving the country to get the barcode scanned. Received my money less than a day later!

A little tricky to set up with an Android, but works well... refund was processed really quickly.

The whole process was very easy and the app worked flawlessly.
The only slight issue was that the terminal in my departure terminal was out of order and so I had to go to one in another terminal which was quite a walk away.
But this is not a fault of Skiptax.

The transaction was very smooth and very fast, and I got the refund back within just a couple of days. I have used SkipTax a few times and can truly recommend SkipTax.
It was just that many shops were not aware of how to prepare ‘invoice (facture)’ even now, even at famous shops. And they said it would take a few days to send me by email (which I didn’t actually get and had to give up claiming).

My first time using SkipTax and I wish I had used it before this. I thought it would be complicated but it was straight forward enough. So easy to use scan the Disneyland Paris receipts for merchandise bought then when you’re ready to leave generate the barcode. Once through security at Eurostar there are machines and a bureau for you to get your tax refund. So simple.

Had a couple of frustrating issues setting up taking a selfie. Maybe a problem between my phone and desktop? However, after a couple of goes took the selfie.

In use easy peasie! Took photo of the invoices from Calais Wine Superstore (who recommended Skiptax to me), helped by the staff. Scanned barcode, refund paid quickly back onto the credit card. What's not to like?

Excellent process using the app is great and straight forward.
It helps making sure all info is correct and then when visiting the exit point it is straight forward with the completed form and bar code at the terminal and then swift refund.
