I had an excellent experience at Skin Vitality Medical Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The team took the time to listen to my concerns, explained my treatment options clearly, and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out.

I have been going to this clinic for my injections for over 4 years now. The staff is very helpful and my nurse Elizabeth is the absolute best. Not only she understands my concerns but she can also give me the exact result I want. She has so much empathy and truly listens to her clients. Love the quality of care and the attention to details too.

From the time I walked through the door I was treated kindly by every staff member I spoke with. I did a consultation for TMJ Botox where i was informed ahead of time about pricing, how many units i’d need, and what to expect. After that a lovely lady named Tori brought me in and was very sweet and comforting throughout the whole experience! My experience was a 10/10 from beginning to end. I’ll definitely be returning!

My experience was excellent today. All questions are answered promptly and professionally . Consultations, receptionists, providers work very well to provide a knowledgeable and professional service. Their teamwork is fluid and seamless.

I had Botox at the Richmond Hill clinic. I have gone here a few times now and have had some not so great experiences, but keep coming back. The nurse I had today was amazing, very sweet and gentle and also very knowledgeable. I unfortunately did not catch her name but will be asking for her the next time.

My experience was wonderful. All the ladies on staff were so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Knowledge in this industry seems like a bare minimum- but these ladies go above and beyond to understand and explain the services and treatment plans. They erased my fears of med spas/clinics and left me loving my skin and face. Jessica was so warm and bubbly, I can’t wait to come back!

Extremely welcoming, gave detailed information on procedure. Answered any questions asked. Put at ease throughout entire procedure and explained each step throughout procedure. Honey was helpful and welcoming in listening to my concerns and helping choose the right procedures. Sana was very professional, polite and honest in giving recommendations and her opinion on products and procedures.
