Oakville location- I had a great experience. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase more units like I have in the past. I didn’t have to wait. Plus my nurse amazing, honest about pros and cons of treatments and did a great job.

I’ve had such a great experience at this location! I’ve come in for both Botox and microneedling, and I’ve been really happy with my visits and results. The staff are always so friendly, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the treatments, answer my questions, and make sure I’m comfortable throughout the whole process. The service and care have been excellent every time, and everything from booking to the actual treatment has been smooth and easy. I always feel well taken care of and confident in the recommendations they give me. I would definitely recommend this location and will be coming back for future treatments!

I came in today as a first time client. They were very thorough explaining the process and aftercare. Everyone was very friendly and put me at ease. My botox showed instant results and was not painful. It was also a beautifully decorated space, the ambiance was nice. As s person who is in medical settings often, I appreciated this so much. I plan to return for a few more tweaks in the near future.

I had my treatment with Nurse Elizabeth, this is a second time with her. She is incredibly knowledgeable care. Thank you Elizabeth you doing good job.

Very disappointing lack of transparency and accountability

My biggest concern with Skin Vitality is the lack of transparency during the consultation process and, afterward, what I experienced as a lack of accountability when concerns were raised.

When patients are spending thousands of dollars on medical-aesthetic treatments, important information should be clearly explained BEFORE they pay — including how much product is realistically needed, how many treatments may be required, expected results, limitations, and the realistic total cost.

Patients should not raise concerns afterward only to be told that important information was contained somewhere in the consent form or fine print. A consent form should support an informed conversation — it should not be used as a shield when a patient questions what was actually explained during the consultation.

What disappointed me most was the response when I raised concerns about the treatment and results. Instead of feeling that my concerns were genuinely acknowledged and accountability was taken for shortcomings in the consultation and service, the response repeatedly came back to what was written in the paperwork.

For anyone considering treatment here: document everything. Ask exactly how much product you realistically need and get the recommendation and expected total cost in writing. Keep copies of everything you sign, take your own before-and-after photos, and, where permitted, consider recording your consultation so there is no disagreement later about what was or wasn’t explained.

Do not rely solely on what you are verbally told during a sales consultation. Read every line before signing and ask questions about anything unclear.

For a medical-aesthetic business charging thousands of dollars, I expected much better transparency, communication and accountability. Based on my experience, I would be extremely cautious before spending a significant amount of money here.

I’ve been going to Skin Vitality in Whitby for a while now and have always had such a great experience! I’ve seen Anna for Botox multiple times and she is amazing every single time. She’s so friendly, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable. She really takes the time to listen to what I want and makes the whole appointment feel easy and relaxed. I’m always so happy with my experience and results. I definitely recommend Anna and the Whitby location. I’ll continue coming back!

I had some hesitation about fillers. I’m 69 and have noticed more lines after having been on Ozempic for some time. The process was explained in detail which put me at ease. Selena works like an artist with her needles. I’m very happy with the results and look forward to seeing them again.

I have been getting Lazer hair removal at the Eglinton location the service is wonderful all staff are always so polite and helpful.The prices are very competitive and the location is a quick walk from subway. It's a little far for me but service keeps me returning.

Great experience as a first time for a cosmetic Botox procedure. My medical history was carefully reviewed by a nurse practitioner and the nurse performing the procedure was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back!

I've visited this clinic twice now for gummy smile botox. Each visit i have been treated so kindly and professionally by all staff. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. The place is easy to access with paid and street parking. Genuinely no complaints.

This review is specifically about the Richmondhill location and its staff, not the injector, Jina. I’ve actually had a very positive experience with her, who is professional and does a great job.
Unfortunately, my experience with the staff at this location has been consistently disappointing. The receptionists are cold, and dismissive, and I’ve experienced serious issues with communication and payment that were caused by their own mistakes. I was even threatened with collections over an issue that resulted from their side.
What concerns me most is the lack of professionalism and client care. Cosmetic treatments are discretionary services that people spend their extra money on, so the client experience should matter. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders how staff are trained, particularly when it comes to communication, and basic customer service.
