My conversation with Jennelyn D. on their support team was not only efficient, but she went above and beyond to secure a discount on my future subscription given I was a 6-month member coming towards the end of my cycle. Answered all of my questions and provided the onramp to increased price reductions for my next extension. As the product has been working great (50lbs in 4 months so far) I definitely plan to continue and would recommend their program.

UPDATE: I am very happily astounded by the lightening speed response of the SkinnyRx team, once they understood my problem! I have upped my review to 5 stars as a result. I received a phone call from Kevin in customer support and he immediately understood the financial difficulty I was having with such a large charge to my account without notice, at a difficult time. He refunded the full amount of my order and we reorganized my renewal for a month from now, when I can commit to the cost. In addition, Kevin kindly applied an additional discount to my 6-month bundle so that i can move forward without worry! He also explained the shelf-life of the medication with clarity. I am so happy with my weight loss with SkinnyRx (approximately 10 lbs. per month, consistently); their quick response, once they understood my issues, was fabulous. Much thanks to Kevin and SkinnyRx. 💖
This is my second review of SkinnyRx. The low rating is a reflection of their customer service and their operating policies, but I have been successful in my weight loss and thus the 2 stars.
Just this part week I have run into 2 major problems with SkinnyRx, and both problems affect my finances.
#1) I received an email stating that a renewal of my 6 month bundle order, costing $1776.60, had been "placed" and was awaiting approval. Now, I did not place a renewal order, and the timing of charging me $1700 is horrendous as I am dealing with a family medical emergency. I immediately called SkinnyRx and although the prescription had not yet been approved, they had already charged my account and "could do nothing"; evidently I was on auto renewal. The phone representative told me that they had sent me an email 5 days prior to inform me of the upcoming charge. While on the phone with them I searched my emails and found nothing. No email anywhere. So I was not informed. (Please note: SkinnyRx had told me during our previous phone call, 2 months ago, that the business had grown so quickly they were having trouble keeping up with some of their customer service goals. Evidently that has not changed.) The end result was that they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing on their part. They were polite, but, "Too bad", the charge stands.
#2) I have 2 vials of medication on hand. I had never looked for expiration dates on the vials, I just used them as I got them, but with the renewal I thought I should check how much medication I would have on hand. I had, twice, previously informed the SkinnyRx care team that I had not increased my dose as they prescribed. After consulting my doctor I maintained the lower dose for an extra 2 months and have only increased the dose once. As a result, I have an extra amount of medicine, and it appears that I am still using a vial that "expired" on 5/25/2026. I still have 3 full doses left in that vial. In addition, I have an unopened vial that expires on 6/18. Now, I know from research that other GLP-1 medications last, unopened, 1 to 2 years in the refrigerator and they last up to almost 2 months once opened. I asked the SkinnyRx representative about the expiration dates on my vials. The rep told me that the medication expires on the date indicated and should not be used. I argued, stating that I could not afford to just throw away $300 worth of medication. Her answer, "I'm sorry". I've emailed SkinnyRx asking them to replace the expired medication and I'm waiting to hear from them.
So in the last two days I have incurred over $2000 in charges from SkinnyRx; $1700 unexpected, at a very bad time, and $300 in unusable medication. I'm already stretched to afford this medicine, and this experience has made things miles worse. I had planned to compare other company plan costs before renewing with SkinnyRx (many have come down in price this year), but now I do not have the option to do so. Again, I'm happy with the weight loss, but really unhappy with the company policies and service. I'll update when I receive an answer from SkinnyRx.

I just switched to SkinnyRx and so far so good. I actually talked to a human being clinician about my dosage and their support via chat has been excellent. I did some digging about their pharmacy supplier and they are 503a approved, audit records not stellar but nothing recent. Scheduled first shipment so we will see if it arrives on time. So much better than my experience with my previous supplier.

I didn't want to write a review at the beginning of my subscription because I felt I hadn't interacted enough to make a meaningful assessment. However, now that I am in my 4th month, I can say that I highly recommend SkinnyRx, and I'm so glad I selected them because when I was reading through other services on Trust Pilot in order to decide which one to select, I saw some awful scenarios with other companies that didn't end well. Yet each time that I deal with a SkinnyRX care team member, they are always polite, professional, patient and very accessible.
I have communicated with the telehealth clinicians because I needed help with reading the measurements on the syringe, and they explained it thoroughly, and then they showed me where to find a video in the SkinnyRx portal on how to administer the shots. I've also communicated with the pharmacy as well as with several customer support team members: Paul, Kristfaith, Giselle, Asha, Aira, Marie, Ivy, Brenda, Erwin, Jonathan, Megan, Yuan, Annabel, Mariz and Jimmabelle. When I experienced a delivery issue with FedEx, they worked on it until it was resolved, and then they followed up with me to find out if I needed additional assistance. They have a comprehensive support team to address most any type of problem that you could experience, and if they need to look into anything, they get back to you in a timely fashion. So far, I have lost 15 lbs with the Tirzepatide, which is halfway to my goal. I am very happy with the experience that I'm having with SkinnyRx.
