Aira was very helpful
Aira was very helpful. We had traveled back north to other home and I had changed my address last month to reflect that. I had called last week looking for my May shipment as it normally arrives before I take my last injection. They escalated my concern and medication shipped out the next day. I traveled back to my other home the next day for an appointment. Luckily, I was there, as my shipment arrived at the other home!! I now did not have my travel ice pack with me for travel back and called . Aira was able to get a refund for my problem. And was able to secure a future savings for my medication as well! That was top notch! Hopefully next month will arrive at the correct address….

My overall experience with SkinnyRx has been a disaster. It took 4 weeks for the Care team to respond to my questions about my prescription. I have cancelled my subscription, but Ivy was so helpful in Customer Service. Honestly, she was the first person to be actually helpful at the company. So, I am giving Ivy 5 stars! The rest I am less than impressed.

Great customer service and results
In my 10th month and requested to switch to Trizepetide injections rather than Semiglutide. Staff was extremely helpful. John called to get billing set up and made it very easy for me to switch.

Great customer service
I had a wonderful experience with Kevin, who helped me to get on a plan that worked for me, and even gave me a partial discount on the previous order of pills that were unfortunately not effective for me.
So far I'm pleased with my results with the injectable.
