After placing an order of nearly $300 worth of skincare products, the package was stopped in US customs. They had questions about the products, and I had no clue as to the origin or wildlife the products were manufactured from. I contacted SkinCupid via the help email address. The response stated they would take care of it and asked that I not send additional emails regarding the same issue. Three days later, DHL from US customs contacted me again asking for the same information as before. SkinCupid did not take care of anything. I had to research each item and exactly what all went into creating each item. I sent DHL the requested info but still do not know if it was what was needed. Who knows if I will receive my skincare or not. SkinCupid should be prepared for issues such as this and resolve them in a timely manner. I will never order from this company again.

After another week of emails from DHL requesting even more information about the PDRN CAVIAR masks, I decided to tell DHL to return to sender. SkinCupid should have taken care of this matter since they have access to the data requested. However, I did upgrade them to 3 stars due to the timely manner my refund was processed after a request was made. All but a couple of dollars that wasn’t important. Cut my losses and move forward.

I love shopping at Skin Cupid and have for a few years now. They have such a great selection of K beauty brands and I find the prices are usually a lot more reasonable than elsewhere. The shipping is always so quick and often comes with some free samples to try.

I find the descriptions are very helpful to learn about all of the ingredients and get a better understanding of what will work best for your skin type. It’ll continue to be my go to for skincare!

Especially My ultimate go-to for K-Skincare!Sally—she is absolutely incredible! She is so friendly, warm, and incredibly easy to talk to. I really enjoyed discussing all of my skin concerns with her. She took the time to recommend products tailored exactly to my skin type, and I swear the products she suggests work like absolute magic!
