Cup sides wrong, with difficult return policy

Bought two bras but very unhappy for the items received - I’m B cup and the bra does not reflect true size.
End up wanting to return yet it was a mind field to find how to return, the first customer representative was nice and kindly waived the return charge, apparently cost £13.00, but he only processed one return and I had to start the whole processing again to return both, and this representative does not waive the postage charge.
All by conversation via an AI side, difficult to say the least, which made me swore I will NEVER buy from this site.
Thanks but no thanks 🤦🏻‍♀️

Order cancelled by SKIMS’ “risk system”…

Order cancelled by SKIMS’ “risk system” despite being a legitimate purchase — with funds initially held and zero clear explanation provided.
Customer support was generic and unhelpful, simply advising me to reorder (which I won’t be doing). No accountability, no transparency, and no effort to resolve what is clearly a false fraud flag.
If your systems can’t distinguish between genuine customers and risk, that’s not “security” — it’s poor process and a frustrating customer experience.
Lost confidence in the brand and won’t be purchasing again.

I returned my order on March 3rd

I returned my order on March 3rd, and it was delivered back on March 5th (confirmed by tracking). Since then, I’ve received no refund and absolutely no response.

I contacted customer service multiple times, but they completely ignore my emails. This is extremely unprofessional.

Honestly, their lingerie is not even worth the money or the hassle. Poor service and disappointing quality.

I would not recommend ordering from them at all, especially if you ever need to return something.

I ordered a pair of pyjamas for £94

I ordered a pair of pyjamas for £94, after a couple of washes the colour dulled completely and the entire thing bobbled up. It totally lost any shape or form despite washing it according to the instructions provided. I contacted skims and they offered me a 15% refund which seems completely disproportionate considering the cost and the promise of quality. Really disappointed and the way customer service dealt with me was so upsetting.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, no phone number to phone, battle with an AI bot to get through to a real advisor, who then doesn't answer or respond for weeks on end. The company owe me about £1000 of refunds and it has been over a month since I have returned the items.

DO NOT USE.

I spent €97 on the SKIMS Ultimate…

I spent €97 on the SKIMS Ultimate Balconette (36A) because it’s unavailable at Brown Thomas and requires a pricey online order.

After doing extensive research and verifying my size in-store with other models, I expected premium quality. I got the opposite.

The Problem:

Structural Defect: An internal metallic component is improperly positioned, pressing into my skin and causing physical pain.

Sizing Fail: Despite a 36A fitting perfectly in other SKIMS models that they had in Brown Thomas, the cup on this specific bra was notably larger than expected. There is zero consistency in their manufacturing across different lines.

The "Solution": When I reported these faults, SKIMS sent a return label that forces me to lose €30 in shipping fees.

I’ve had far better quality, fit, and comfort from Intimissimi and Uniqlo at one third of the price. SKIMS is a masterclass in marketing, but a failure in manufacturing. They expect the customer to pay for their quality control mistakes.

Don't fall for the hype. Save your money. And purchase better quality

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SKIMS. Although I properly registered my return through the returns portal, I have yet to receive a refund—despite several months having passed.
Attempts to resolve this issue have been incredibly frustrating, as multiple emails to customer service have gone unanswered. At this point, obtaining my refund has felt nearly impossible, which is both unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

Ordered two packs of underwear from…

Ordered two packs of underwear from Skims. Waited 2-3 months, only one arrived. Customer service admitted it was their mistake and still haven’t sent the missing pack. All they offered was a 25% coupon. Really disappointing. It’s been 15 days since then.

Kim nailed it with this brand

Great products all around! I've ordered everything from intimates and undergarments to stylish outfits from SKIMS and there's not a single thing I've recieved that I have not liked/loved! Quality material, comfortable and fits true to size (size guides are accurate) it's just a great brand with a fair price point for its quality plus I just feel fabulous in it!

Horrible customer service

The app states that my order was delivered on 3/5, but it wasn't. I messaged them multiple times notifying them of this and it is still not resolved, no refund, no reshipment. Today is 3/14 and I have gotten nothing but the run around from customer service, which is comprised of AI and robots. As far as I can tell, they took my money and there is zero recourse. I'm not happy and am extremely disappointed.

Great quality, however.

Bought the lace cami and boy shorts set for my girlfriend as shes always wanted them, the fabric is amazing quality, amazing breathability, stretch and fit.
However, the price is a lot £80 for such a small amount of fabric surely the manufacturing and fabric cannot cost nearly that much maybe worth about £40 max. But, its made my girlfriend happy and means plenty of comfy warm nights together.
Amazing set too.

Achtung! Retoure wird trotz Nachweis nicht akzeptiert


Although I registered my return in the returns portal and provided proof that the goods had been delivered to the logistics center in belgium, I have still not received a refund (3 months later!!!). Please be careful when paying via PayPal. You are not insured in such cases.I am really disappointed and angry. I have lost 300 euros for goods that I sent back.

Disappointing Fit for Larger Sizes – Hope for Improvement

I placed my SKIMS order on Oct 29, 2026, excited to try out their bras since SKIMS is one of the few (bigger) brands that offer my size, 36G (= 36DDDD). I. purchased four bras that were on sale for $25 each: the Wireless Form Push-Up Plunge Bra, Wireless Form Square Neck Bra, Wireless Form T-Shirt Demi Bra, and the Weightless Demi Bra. The no-returns policy was clear upfront, so I knew I couldn't send them back, but I was hopeful since the price was good and the variety would help me find something comfortable with this brand.

The checkout process was smooth without any issues, and my order arrived on time as promised in the confirmation email. So far, everything was find with the shopping experience itself.

Where I was most disappointed was with the bras. Not a single one fit properly. I've been waring the same size for a few years now and have successfully purchased bras in this size from various other brands, so I expected at least one of these SKIMS bras to work. Unfortunately, 3/4 bras were so low cut that they caused a significant amount of spillage. (Meaning if I so dared to even move too fast, my breasts would fall out.) I didn't expect the cut to be overly high or anything, but the cups didn't prove enough coverage at all. Alongside this, the band felt quite tight. Not so tight I couldn't clasp it, but tighter than usual. Typically, I'm able to fasten bras on the second or third row of hooks comfortably, but with these SKIMS bras, I found myself clipping them on the very last row, which is not ideal for long-term wear.

The fourth bra, the Weightless Demi Bra, initially seemed like it might work. I wore it for a day to see if it was a contender for future purchases. The bra unclipped itself while I was out and about, which was embarrassing and inconvenient. To make matters worse, after only two or three wears, the underwire started poking through the fabric, making it uncomfortable and unusable.

Overall, I’m not majorly disappointed because this has long been a recurring issue for bigger-chested women, and SKIMS doesn’t seem to be an exception. While I love the color range and appreciate the brand’s effort to cater to larger sizes, the fit just isn’t there. Since these bras were final sale (and I was aware of that at the time of purchase) I plan to donate them rather than keep something that doesn’t work for me.

I really hope SKIMS continues to improve their sizing and designs so that in the future, they offer bras that not only come in my size but also provide proper coverage and comfort for fuller busts. For now, I’m still searching for a brand that meets these needs.
