I initially had a disappointing experience with a Skims bra I purchased in October 2025, as it started falling apart at the center seam after just a few months of normal use. The construction seemed poor, and this was unacceptable for a premium-priced item.
That said, I want to commend the Skims customer service team—they promptly addressed my case, offering a replacement product and an additional discount. Their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue were excellent, and I appreciate their support.
While I’m still unfortunately disappointed in the product itself, Diana from customer service definitely deserves recognition.
Size doesn’t match size expected
Overall the experience with purchasing my skims underwear was seamless, quick, and sale prices matched the check out price. In addition, communication about the delivery was adequate with no delays. Likewise, my problem occurred with the sizing in which I ordered the size small (my normal size) and they are huge, super big small, enormous! Additionally, I think I would need an XXS if I were to continue to shop with this brand however, I don’t want to risk another wasteful delivery. Nonetheless, due to sizing alterations within the brand, I will no longer be able to purchase any more skim products and will have to continue to shop with other brands in which smalls are sold as smalls.
Good products but customer service needs improvement
Ive bought a lot of these products and like them. On the whole I think they’re well made and well priced. I’ll continue to buy them but I would say they have bad customer service if you have to contact them. One of the many items I bought tore the first time I tried it on (I’ve not had any such other problems). I would have given them 5 stars but when I asked for a replacement they kept repeatedly asking me for photos even though I’d sent two. And then just ignored my emails after that. So I’d say this is poor (I’ve spent certainly over 1k with them in the past two months).
Skims Misresprents their Clothing - Do not believe the Pictures
The NO SHOW UNLINED BALCONETTE BRA was not see through in online pictures however when I put it on you could see my entire breats through the basically clear mesh. It was final sale so even though they miss represented the bra I am unable to return it.

Customer service is non existent, bobbles all over a £120 pair of pyjamas emailed 100 times and they literally just ignore you or reply asking for all your info you sent in the original email then ignore you again and never reply. The pyjamas look like they are off SHEIN. The nap co is much better quality.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SKIMS take too long time resolve issues compared to other retailers.It still not resolved l. I never received my parcel, a photo from EVRI shows my parcel was delivered in an unsafe place. There are signs warning need to leave parcels there (in the photo!)and yet they still left it there. I received no email to say parcel was out for delivery. I was at home all day, yet my bell was not rang.

skims customer service is absolutely terrible. they don’t respond and when they do, never take care of the issue. The staff is dry to the point of rude.

I had some issues with delivery they immediately solved them and were very pleasant and nice to communicate with.

The customer service is one of the worst things, considering the amount of money you pay for cheap quality clothes. Miss kim k you need to set your sh straight. An item I purchased in LA store was meant to be shipped to my home in England never arrived. Long story short, after over a month they finally refunded me for their incompetence but now apparently when I was purchasing something online, the gift card only works in USA🥴. Never returning to USA so not quite sure how I will spend hundreds of dollars now. Another thing, i purchased items horrible quality, wanted to return them once I came back to England. Spoke to skims customer service, they gave me an address where to send my items to receive a refund on gift card, was told I needed to pay for postage and get insurance on the item. Once it arrived at their warehouse which also took over a month. They declined the parcel & now its being returned back to me after I spent £40+ on postage🤣 . So for all I know, spending thousands on skims the past few years, they wanna take your money like thaaat! But to be of help is something you will not get. So shop wisely 🙂 i will not be purchasing anything from here again.
Never again
I will never buy anything from skims ever again. I bought two different body suits it two sizes each because i didnt know which would fit me better. When i sent the two sizes back that didnt fit they only refunded me for one. I triple checked before mailing them back out that both pieces were in the package, but skims claims there was only one. There was a mistake made on their end and instead of trying to make it right with me they scammed me out of $70. This is supposed to be a reputable company. I'd recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere. To make matters worse, i got a response email from somebody named Ken on January 18 saying my concern was being sent to the executive team for further review and i never heard back from him. Truly awful customer service.

Excellent Customer Service. I’m in Canada and sometimes shipping becomes lost or delayed which makes me a bit nervous….. skims team helps me out when I place my inquiry with a quick response, resulting in piece of mind for the customer.
Terrible customer service and cheap products
Terrible company. Purchased 6 bras from a sale. 3 of the bras ordered were 36B and 3 bras were 34D. I decided that 34D was the size I would need. I then wanted to exchange the other 3 bras for the correct size. I tried to do this but the way to do this was to return the bras and then purchase again. Unfortunately by purchasing the bras again, I lose the discount and have to pay for shipping again. I called customer service to see if they could assist and apparently that is entirely too difficult for them and that a price adjustment cannot be made and I missed my opportunity. ridiculous. Considering this is a celebrity owned / created company, can you image if Kim Kardashian was treated this way? Point being, it would not happen yet she allows this to happen to her customers. Overall the bras are cheaply made and in the long run I saved myself from owning more.

SKIMS….no Thanks…
I purchased several men’s underwear pieces from SKIMS at Globus, expecting premium quality given the high price point. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed.
After a short period of use, I noticed that the seams were already starting to come apart. The damage is clearly visible along the stitching, which should not happen with products in this price range.
I reported the issue to both SKIMS and Globus. SKIMS did respond, but simply redirected me back to the retailer, stating that it was not their responsibility. Globus, on the other hand, did not respond at all.
This kind of back-and-forth with no real solution is frustrating. While SKIMS at least replied, the lack of accountability and the complete silence from Globus leave a very negative impression. In the end, it is SKIMS’ product, and customers should not be left without support.
Overall, the quality does not match the price, and the customer service experience has been disappointing. I expected much more from both brands.

ill fitting for me
ordered the medium nikeskims sports bra but had to send back as too big.
ordered a small but had to send that back as was too small.
i own a lot of skims but was unlucky with this one.

they have really inventive clothes…
they have really inventive clothes mostly size inclusive, but clothes are really hits and misses mostly. returns are easy, but refunds take sometimes months. cause we all have money galore.. that s huuuge negative for me.

Return payment never arrived, bank confirmed no transfer. Lack of communication, no proof, only empty promises and the 3–5 day deadline is over 30 days now. Completely unacceptable.
