No Printer
Ordered a pair of shoes size 7, which measure size 8, obviously they do not fit. Apparently I need a printer to return these shoes, but I do not own a printer! Not everyone does have a printer! Therefore I cannot print a Return label and am stuck with a worthless pair of shoes. Also, I don’t drive, so can’t get to the UPS depot. I telephoned customer services, but no answer and I had to leave a message. No one has returned my call. I would like to add that I have bought many pairs of Skechers shoes (10 pairs in existence), but this is the first time I have ordered online and it will be the last!

Of course I shopped with Skechers! You are just trying to avoid giving me a refund! There is no label in the box! I left a message with customer services, so why not ring me and find out what is going on?

Quick refund and quick replacement - shoes too big
I ordered a couple of pairs of shoes that were too big. I therefore returned them and received my refund very quickly. I ordered one shoe in a smaller size which fits like a glove.
