Great Support
Found SkailarHost and used their web chat to ask some questions, they replied to me immediately with a real person (amix, the owner) who was patient and answered all of my questions which allowed me to go ahead with the rental knowing I was getting what I wanted from a server.
The server was set up pretty quickly and worked as it should with the control panel being easy enough to use.
We had an issue where changing the XP gain rate wasn't working, I created a discord support ticket and amix worked through the problem with me and got it working within about 24hours, they were very patient and helpful and replied as much as they could.
Would definitely recommend them based on the expierence we've had.
