66, you asked for honesty, you got it.

Well, for starters every single day, I spin that damn wheel I get gold coins. I never get anything fun to play with. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve checked my daily login rewards on time every single day just to login one day and start back at day one. To Top it off they don’t even offer you a birthday bonus, in fact, if you ask for one, they’ll tell you no, but that you can leave and honest trust pilot review, and you can get 3SC on your birthday. Oh then they forget to tell you happy birthday constantly wanting us to do for them yet can’t do for their people. #greed #saveyoursoul

Bout time

Update
I did get my redemption.

Finally, I’ve managed to get enough to redeem my sc balance. Took long enough, many deposits later. They say it can take up to 7 days for this to be settled. I have faith, with it going to a debit card, it shouldn’t take 24 hours at the most…most places are becoming instant redemptions and those are high on my spending and playing list! I play a lot, hint hint. Will update with 5 stars depending on the length of time it takes to get this redemption, I may rate it 4.

The bonus spins are not clearly…

The bonus spins are not clearly labeled. If there is a cap to my winnings it should be reflected in the "You won X SC" message but it isn't. It feels deliberately deceptive especially considering there doesn't appear to be a "game history" section to check this.

Getting Paid is VERY HARD

I don't know why for the life of me I decided to play on here again. I do win but, cashing out is damn near impossible.

Sixty6, let me say this to you, Kinetix Ventures, LLC. If a person was to walk into a casino and fortunately be LUCKY, as long as there not scamming they will get paid. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS when it come to redemptions?.,

Today, February 5th, 2026, I won pretty big this time and decided to cash out $600 and LEFT $1,000, I didn’t have any problem submitting my redemption to withdraw “BUT’, I then received a email saying they need immediate action. MINE YOU, I’LL HAD A LOT OF REDEMPTION'S WITH THEM AND I CAN TELL THEY DON’T WANT TO PAY.

Please send: 1. PHOTO FRONT AND BACK – I DID
2. COPY OF MY DEBIT CARD WITH “ME HOLDING THE CARD”, PLEASE CONCEAL MY CVV NUMBER AS I DID.

I sent them everything they need and normally they pay immediately but, I can tell they don’t want to pay.

I'm begging people to not play on this sweepstakes casino because you will have to fight to get paid.

Nightmare Casino Experience

This has been one nightmare I wish woken from as soon as my echo for help is heard and, this is me being somewhat sarcastic and trying to have some fun with a horrible situation.

Secondly, I hope Sixty6 reads this and realizes how wrong they are and the people they are hurting by the tactics that used on me regarding my attempted redemption. And, I hope I can provide the right words that convince them to do the right thing. And, if that resolution with myself and them happens, I will stay with their establishment and look back on this has miscommunications and possibly other things going on that neither them nor myself have a clue was happening and that is only speculation at this point, but still, a possibility.
Once my profile was verified, and I began playing, after two purchases @9.99 per promo pack, immediately I was hitting and went to several different games with the same result. The last game, SnoopDog, I hit I could immediately tell but, at that same moment, my mobile device went dead lol. Of course I immediately plugged it to my charger and when I could see my winnings again, I saw $1,400 + dollars and for a couple minutes was in shock. My health is bad and I live on a fixed income so immediately, I saw many dreams and hopes I thought not possible suddenly became a reality and that is why I can’t let this go. It was unjust what happened to me. Nobody could ever imagine the debris that immediately polluted my mind and body, the confusion. the stress… almost believing I somehow did this but I knew I didn’t.
I went to redeem my winnings after playing alittle longer and the first reply from Sixty6, was a email stating my redemption had been cancelled. A second saying I need to provide a copy of my id. There rule is $1000 max per day on redemptions so when I resubmitted, I sent one for $1000 and left the remaining $500 on my account to redeem the following day. Not much time had passed at all when I noticed another email coming in and I could see it saying something about them blocking my account. Naturally, it got my immediate attention and I replied and so did they stating I used a third party debit card that was not in my name and that is completely false. I contacted my bank yesterday and had them email my statement to forward to Sixty6 proving my account was in my name and no other individual. I also went to my online banking app, pulled up my debit card and every bit of information on it including my name as well and that was forwarded to them as another copy of my id. I used my virtual debit card linked to my checking an account. I also have a copy of the email they sent me saying my account was verified and welcoming words, mind you this was done before I started winning anything at all. There didn’t seem to be any issue until I hit for a large sum of money and went to redeem it. I retained a copy of my chat with support and received questions such as, “Have you changed your family name”? Which I replied, “What do you mean”?. The rep seemed as confused as myself. I can’t speculate on what went wrong with this whole pic but I know I was done unjustly and unlawfully as well as immoral on a personal level. I challenge them to do the right thing for that is my virtual debit card I used for purchases made and the debit card they verified on my profile. My bank has sent proof, I have proof, there’s no resolution here but imdepositing my $1500 in winnings into my bank account minus the two 9.99 refunded deposits to my bank they immediately made coinciding with the blocking of my account. And, I ask, if that was not my debit card, then why did you make two refunded deposits back into my account which I also have proof of. I’m am being 120% totally honest and I am an open book and anyone inquiring may also look at my proof, my card, and the other proof I have and would only conclude that I am the one who is correct and idk and can’t say what happened on your endSixty6 but something is “fishy”. And being a reputable business, tactics like this that hurt people period but, it’s especially terrible when the person is fighting for the health and to live and every day remembering I can’t give up. And how these tactics can drag someone like this through so much mental and emotional distress, it’s unconscionable to think they would not concur that something happened here, I was terribly wronged, and I was not at fought. I used my debit card from my bank account and everything I’m saying and I’ve said can be proven. If I receive the correct resolution, I do believe that Sixty6 should be commended for following thru in the correct manner and I can’t say what happened on their end but someone there knows I do know that. I’m anxiously awaiting to hear from them. I’ve stated to support that I would wait 24 hours before taking the steps I need to take defending myself and taking necessary steps to receive my winnings.

Awesome experience and Rhea is the best VIP host.

Sixty6 Casino has been great to play on.
They’re responsive with any issues or complications, are very generous with promotions and free spins too !

There’s a great selection of games and once verified cash out is super easy.

I’m apart of their VIP program, which is brilliant, if you can be apart of it I would highly recommend RHEA as your VIP Host, she is so amazing, kind, generous and works hard to resolve ANY issue that may pop up.

Thank you Rhea for making my experience with Sixty6 such a great one.

So far so good here

So far so good here! I've been playing fairly heavily, roughly $2,500 of deposits per week. The platform is easy to use, verifications have been easy, but best of all my player rep Joan is the best! She's cool and often drops me goodies like bonus SC or free spins in my promotions. Having a great time so far.

They may lie

I signed up and played. From the $1 they gave I won a little. $30-40. I went to play again and had no balance. They said there's no record of me winning. Funny how my account still works. I didn't actually lose because of it being a free $1. But they lied to me. And yes I used offensive language. Sensitive babies. They whined about that lol
