Sixty6 has really impressed me lately. I think they are really starting to hit their stride as a top notch gaming site. They have a great selection of games and their redeem times are getting faster and faster. I have never had an issue with getting a redemption after playing for 6 months+. Why I'm writing this review is because of their stellar VIP conceirge Joan. She often drops free gifts into accounts which are quite substantial. She also was sick during my birthday and then took the time to wish me a happy belated birthday when she was back and included even more free gifts. That was certainly a first on any platform and I will definitely continue to play here because of it.

Unfortunately this is just another scam social casino that will make it as difficult as possible to pay out redemptions. They may try to appear normal by offering good promos and a nice VIP program but when it comes time to redeem they'll make it as hard as possible by requiring multiple card and face verifications, canceling redemptions and ignoring emails. Garbage site. AVOID.

Great customer service and awesome redemption time

Not very good experience with Sixty6. They will not allow you to make a redemption over 25 dollars if you win anything over with daily log in money. Which to me is just a slight of hand. If it isnt considered redeemable coins that are only intended to play games , it should just be gold coins , as they have the same intended purpose. Its just legalease some of these casinos use to manipulate customers. Keep your SC and your games. I'll take my business elsewhere as this is NOT common practice amongst most other similar sites

Terrible. I tried to redeem my winnings and they emailed me 6 times to confirm my id and bank statements and everything and I would send everything correctly and they’d email back with another thing they needed and then after so long of doing that I went to check on my redemption and it said my account had been suspended because apparently I made another account… which I didn’t.. I emailed them so maybe times saying I never created another accountand got no answer but when they were asking for my id and things they would quickly email back. Seems like they just didn’t want to give me my money!
