I booked a Viking cruise with Shirley

I booked a Viking cruise with Shirley. The price I paid had been discounted a lot. Shirley was very helpful and managed to get me the cabin I wanted. I will definitely book with Shirley again. I give Shirley and Six stars 5 out of 5.

Our third cruise holiday with Sixstarcruises.

We would never book cruises through anyone else

We have a wonderful representative at Six Star Cruises called Rebecca Rimmer. She is absolutely lovely. Always attentive to our needs, always responsive and helpful, very kind, very professional. We would never book our cruises through anyone else but Six Star because of her.

Cruises for single people in Australia and New Zealand.

Elizabeth was patient and thorough in finding out my requirements. For me, this was very much an exploratory enquiry as I want to visit my grandson whilst he is working in Australia in his gap year starting in early July. However at present he cannot commit to dates but intend to contact Elizabeth again when I feel in a position to make a booking.

Friendly, helpful and efficient

We were looking for a holiday with our favourite cruise line and noticed that Sixstar were offering the same holiday at a much better price. We contacted Sixstar and spoke to the lovely Elizabeth who managed to secure the cruise and room we had chosen. As the option for flights was also available we decided to take this up, but asked if we could upgrade. As it was a Sunday the cruise flight team were not available so she promised to call back first thing Monday with our options. This she did and I am glad to say it is all booked and confirmed. How can anyone complain at the ease of securing a holiday when all it involves is a chat and a credit card!! Many thanks

Excellent Service, Simple Process and Fantastic Outcomes

The process was incredibly straightforward, with very little lifting from my perspective. Lisa (who managed the process) was excellent in their engagement and got me a very reasonable package for an outstanding once in a lifetime trip.

This was first, but certainly not the last booking I will make through Lisa.

Exceptional Service from Julia Pedder – A True Professional in a Crisis!


I cannot thank Julia Pedder at Six Star Cruises enough for the incredible support she provided during a very stressful situation.

We are preparing for a major milestone cruise, so the stakes felt incredibly high. When our flights were cancelled, I was worried our celebration would be ruined. Despite the fact that Julia was managing a massive workload—navigating a wave of rebookings for numerous customers travelling via the Middle East—she handled our complex situation with absolute grace and efficiency.

What stood out most was Julia’s attitude:

Proactive & Engaged: She didn't just wait for updates; she went hunting for solutions.

Constant Communication: I was never left in the dark. She kept me completely involved in the process with frequent updates, which really helped settle my nerves.

Relentlessly Positive: Even under immense pressure, her demeanor remained upbeat and reassuring.

Another month another exceptional cruise deal.

Another month, another excellent cruise offer from our now favourite cruise consultant Rebecca at Six Star Cruises. Just when we thought we couldn't squeeze in another cruise this year Rebecca convinced us otherwise with some fantastic offers on Viking Ocean cruises. We chose a cruise from Athens to Istanbul with some fantastic ports of call in a balcony cabin at an unbelievable price - we snapped it up. This week we noticed Viking is offering a free drinks package with the cruise we booked and at the same price. Needless to say we asked Rebecca to see if Viking would add the drinks package retrospectively free of charge - here's hoping Rebecca can work her magic.

I'd never dream of booking a cruise with anyone else

Sixstarcruises is a really super company, They provide a comprehensive guide to upmarket cruises, have an excellent website, offer the best discounts available and have excellent cruise concierges. Our Concierge, Elizabeth is the best ever. She's knowledgeable efficient, ultra responsive and always goes the extra mile. I'd never dream of booking a cruise with anyone else.

Is anyone there ? As we get no response.

We were persuaded to transfer our cruise booking with Oceania over to Sixstar to save a few hundred pounds.
We always had some doubts about this, as previously changes to our flights or ports have not been passed onto us by the agent.

I expected that all of the communication would be from Sixstar, however, I received an invoice from 118, not sure if this some way around their legal liabilities, but, it does make life a little more complicated when looking for information from Sixstar. We then received an email advising us that our flights and transfers were booked. This was very generous of Sixstar as we had only booked the cruise element. When I responded to the email I did not receive any reply.
We wanted to book some cruise excursions and emailed along with my previous concerns, to our initial contact Daniel Norris directly, I received an automated response several weeks ago and again silence.
We now really regret transferring our cruise and would be pleased if we can change it back to Oceania as we have always found their responses prompt and professional.
I suppose after your response, after nearly a week, I expected to be contacted to finally answer the questions posed in my emails, or is this just platitudes to make everything look good?
