Running out of stock so now going to re-book some items , prices have gone up and 1 item is not available

Outstanding Service
Had an issue with the delivery by Evri, who must have lost the parcel. Charlie at Simply Supplements was just superb in sorting out the issue and fast tacking a replacement order. Her communication was outstanding. I just wished all customer agents were as good as she was. Thank you so much.

Products are ok BUT, delivery rubbish
Products are ok, but their insistence on using a third rate delivery service (Evri) who regularly messes up will now prompt me to use another supplier who uses a half decent delivery service

Faulty tablets & poor customer service
I have been a customer of Simply Supplements since 2009 when my doctor prescribed glucosamine for joint pain. Last November (2024) I bought 2 lots of glucosamine (so 4 tubs) as I was going to be away a lot. The first tub was fine, then I started on the second one and started getting joint pain - after about a month on these tablets the pain was really bad and I finally twigged that it was the tablets at fault. I e-mailed customer services to advise them of this and got a ridiculous and generic reply.
1. "Please be aware that supplements and trial and error and results can vary from person to person and all supplements should be taken in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet." I told them I had taken the tablets for many years and glucosamine is not readily available in any food sources, so this is WRONG.
2. " It may be that as you have been taking the supplement for a long period of time that you may now be susceptible to the ingredients, and they are no longer having an effect on you. I would advise to stop taking the Glucosamine for a few weeks and resume in a few weeks’ time and see if you have the desired results. " This is possible with medication, which is not a natural product but is not the case with glucosamine. If I stopped taking it (which appears to be the case with the second tub as the tablets appear not to contain any glucosamine) I would be in intense pain.
Apparently because their products are tested they could not possibly be faulty and it must therefore by my fault.
I have stopped using the second tub and am now taking tablets from the third tub and all the joint pain is receding again. How strange....
Needless to say, I will not be buying anything from Simply Supplements again.

Not a trusted company
This company has supplied me with two bottles of Plant Sterols both with the information on the bottles ie manufacturer and expiry date rubbed out phoned up customer service and was given a the information which I refused to accept and I was informed that I could send them back for a replacement or refund iwas very annoyed as to send them back which is what I am doing i have now to travel into town and pay parking charge of 2.50 or 3.50 pounds
This is very inconvenience for me

Will not purchase anything from this company ever again
I am a senior person I am in my 70tis
But I am not senile and I will not be coned by any company that tries to fiddle me this is a dreadful company to deal with they are not to be trusted even lied to me when I phoned them up as stated previously I am not senile and I have got all my facultys

Disappointed
Initially all good, products shipped quickly. Unfortunately the supplement didn't agree with me and I asked to return the unopened bottle, which they accepted. So I returned the item by freepost and sent them the receipt as requested after posting, but it's been a week and still not been refunded. No company takes this long in 2025 to refund. Not impressed.

Order was fast and items as described just need to see if they work but results take approx 8 weeks to filter through. Prices was great!
I'm a regular purchaser of glucosamine…
I'm a regular purchaser of glucosamine sulphate from SS & I decided to up the dose to max strength 1858. Unfortunately try as I may I can't swallow them as they are quite big. I also tried biting them into smaller pieces but my teeth objected - they're quite hard. And tried cutting them in 2 but again they are quite hard & even then I nearly choked trying to swallow the half tablets. Sorry SS it's back to the 1500 ones!
The same day this was posted SS contacted me & offered a full refund on the tablets I couldn't swallow - even though I know I was beyond their 30 day deadline for a refund. What brilliant service, I couldn't believe it, thank you.

uncomfortable to swallow
I've been a customer of SS for many years for their glucosamine supplement. It's the first time that I've purchased marine collagen 1500mg but I'm disappointed with the size, shape and fishy taste of the tablets. They are quite large with "square-ish" edges which are uncomfortable to swallow - I've been on the verge of choking. Why can't they be smoothly rounded?

Lack of compassion re my deceased Mums order
Used them for all mine and my Mum’s supplements for years. Found out the other day they had dispatched a subscribe and save order to my Mum’s house (she died 16 months ago) but they don’t pre advise dispatch so I didn’t know until I saw my credit card. I contacted them hoping they would show some compassion but they just cancelled the subscribe and save for next year leaving me charged for items not received. At least with Amazon they send out an email reminding you that a subscribe and save order is about to be dispatched so you can cancel it.
Now switching to other suppliers.
