Professional company
I had a bit of a rocky start with my relationship with SImplon. I ordered a bike from one of their dealers, and between me ordering and it arriving - they cancelled the shop's dealer status... so my bike did not arrive.
I was upset, and disappointed. But after a complaint to Simplon, I received prompt and personal attention from them.
A bike is now on its way to another of their dealers, and I am happy with how the company responded to my situation.
