Great color that is long lasting and doesn’t irritate my scalp. The hair actually feels conditioned afterwards. I have used Simpler for over a year and have no plans to change or stop. High recommendation!!

Excellent Customer Service and Great Product! Simpler works very well. You do need to wait the 20-25+ min for it to take. At least that’s my experience. But zero itching or staining of the skin. For me, it lasts about 2 weeks for a short beard. Plus my beard is super soft after.

First and foremost, the customer service is top-notch! The actual beer, diet itself is fantastic, and I wouldn’t purchase a die from any other company. A customer for life, or when I decide to get old and go Grey.

Followed the instructions, brushed the combo ingredients into my hair until it was a solid color. Left in for 25 minutes. I had spots all around my head that were dark and others that were unaffected by the dye. Had to run out and buy a different hair dye to correct this. Wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered Simpler Brown-Black hair/beard dye. The item arrived after a few weeks but is faulty!!!! the spray can only ejects one liquid from the nozzle, it does not eject both liquids as it is supposed to hence rendering the complete product useless!! I sent simpler emails but it’s like a black hole with no response. I am not happy with this order, the item is not cheap at £56 I would at least expect a response from simpler? I now feel Like this product is just a scam with no real company or team behind it. Simpler what is going on, will you kindly respond to me…. I would recommend people save their money and do not order.

I’ve ordered the kind of color, so I reached out to customer service to ask what to do. Sadly, after 3 emails and a phone call, I’ve got no reply.
Previous orders went fine, but don’t know if I’ll order again. They’re not cheap, especially when ordering from Europe with the shipping cost.
Maybe they’re out of business?

I am sure the product works well, but I am really upset that they don’t send out the box sealed. When I got my box, it was very evident that it been opened. In addition I can’t confirm, but it appeared that perhaps it even had been sprayed even if it was a little bit that last part I’m not 100% sure though. The color was on the outside of the spray rim and was also on the cap so it could’ve been. But again what upsets me is they don’t seal the box with plastic. This would be a simple thing for them to do and even if it made it just a little bit more expensive, it would be appreciated.

Honest opinion. I’ve been using this product for almost 5 years. As much as I want to love this product, it is constantly inconsistent. Sometimes I feel like it actually does nothing. There’s definitely some pros to how this product is dispensed but for this price point, I expect better results…. there’s gotta be a better product out there.

Update- SIMPLER HAIR has said they have reached out to me.
That is false, I’ve had no correspondence from them in regards to this post or in any of the previous reviews I have written.

Brilliant experience with understanding and quick resolution.

Use for my beard - which to be honest is mainly short stubble type beard and the coverage is very good.
Biggest thing for me is using other brands stains the skin and is incredibly hard to get off. This product is very easy to get off the skin meaning you dont have silly stains. Also can't buy the stubble brush on its own, have to buy with another can.
Only downside is the price. It's incredibly expensive and you don't get much out of one bottle unfortunately.
So great product, but more expensive than most.

I have tried many other hair colors with some success. Recently when I got my hair cut my stylist said that my hair looked great and asked me what I am using. I showed her the box and explained how easy it was. She said she would look into it to find out more. She works in the film industry and is always looking for great products. I am a very happy customer and found the perfect color product for me.

The website has advertised free shipping yet I was charged it! I have emailed twice to the customer service team and have been ignored!
False advertising and very poor customer service!

I just used the product for the first time yesterday, and I loved it!!! Easy to use.
The most important thing to me is being able to reuse it rather than buy it every time.

My grays grow every week, and sometimes I need a little bit of product, not that much. So this was the perfect solution for me.

Yeah I'm really happy with how it turned out. I previously used Just For Men but after a while it was itching the hell out of me and burning my face off for like a week after using it. I have sensitive skin apparently. This new stuff is still slightly itchy for like a day or two, but no where near the other stuff, and not burny, scabbing me up, flaking my skin off, making my beard hairs fall out. Like 99% improvement. The color is better too, looks more natural. People were telling me the other stuff looked like it was painted on. Yeah I plan on using this indefinitely moving forward. It's more expensive but totally worth it. Great product, thanks for existing.

followed the instructions to the letter—application, timeline, and technique—and after four separate attempts, this product completely failed to color my beard.
I even went as far as watching YouTube tutorials to ensure I wasn't missing a "trick," but the results remained the same: uneven coverage and zero staying power. For a product that claims to be "natural," it has a remarkably strong chemical smell that contradicts the marketing.
The Reality Check:
• Stubborn Hair: This formula is clearly too weak for coarse beard hair. It sits on the surface and washes right off.
• Inconsistent Application: Despite careful work, the finish is patchy and unprofessional.
• Deceptive Marketing: Don't let the "natural" branding fool you; the odor is harsh, and the performance is non-existent.
I gave this product every chance to work. If you have a standard, coarse beard, save your time and your money. This is an over-hyped product that simply does not perform as advertised. Don’t buy the Instagram hype

I had grown my beard out for five months and did not like how much of the hair was white/gray, unpigmented. I decided to try this product on my hair and beard. The product changed the texture of my hair shiny and smooth. While this is fine for head hair, it does not work for a beard you intend to grow out. I had to shave and start growing beard out again. I was afraid something like this might happen. Do NOT use on longer beards or if you intend to grow it out.

I have been wanting to dye my beard for years and nothing worked. I finally found something that works well and doesn’t smell of chemicals. Very pleased!

3 out of the last 4 bottles have been almost all white crème (developer?) and almost no medium brown dye. Today was bottle 4, again mostly just white coming out of the nozzle. Timed 35 minutes developing. End results - left my beard with just a few dark patches dyed. Still not quite dark enough on that 20% of my beard surface. The rest all grey. I’ll try a second coat on the 80%. But at this rate, I’ll only get 2-3 beard dyes out of a bottle. And I don’t have a large beard at all. Trimmed pretty tight to my face. Not long beard hairs. Any suggestions? I’ve had about 10 bottles so far. (The first 5-6 bottles were close to perfect. But then 3 of the last 4 were defective. Did something happen to your manufacturing process?)
