They never contact you and when you try to contact them you can never get through, even when you send emails you don’t get a response.
I liquidated my company with these clowns in November 2021 and haven’t heard anything since!!
I had a very small ltd company and was told when I made my initial enquiries that it would be quick and simple??, it’s now June 2023 and am no further forward.
Now one deals with your creditors, debtors or HMRC.
Don’t bother wasting your time with this company, it’s stressful enough deciding to liquidate your company without having no communication with the company who you instructed.

Avoid at all Costs: SCAM
Well, this company which is under Leading Business Solutions Limited, has been incredibly difficult to work with. Our company has been in liquidation since Nov 2021 with no closure in sight.
Every time we speak with anyone, from the Director Jamie Playford right down to the secretary, they have been nothing but dismissive. Even down to the point of blaming us for not sending information in to them they need, this is without telling us they need anything, and now we know what they apparently “need”, we’re still waiting for the paperwork they “sent out” after months..
Tried again today to communicate with the company but at first both Catherine (case manager No3) and Jamie were in meetings, rang back and told they’re not even in today.
Absolutely gutted we went with this “company” and would definitely NOT recommend.
Got a gut feeling this is a scam.
Communication with The Insolvency Service has begun.
