Stay away from this company else you are doomed.
They were very careless and irresponsible in handling my company liquidation and it created a very serious problem for me. The worst of it all is they did not appear in court as my Insolvent Practitioner and refused to refund my £3000 Pounds paid. It was said in the court that they failed to represent therefore the Judge had to appoint a liquidator who almost screwed my life. Stay away from Simple liquidation also Trading under the name of Leading.

Since that most recent correspondence on the 8th September 2023, we do not appear to have received a response to this from either yourself or your representative.

What went right is where I'd start because that would only take a few minutes to detail. What went wrong... where to start, with extremely poor communication, breach of Data Protection and failing to provide me with critical information resulting in me experiencing way more stress than was necessary I would recommend you give this company I wide berth.
