Wonderful in all regards possible!

Food is fantastic, and really stands out in a market with lots of serious competition. Especially the attention to details like condiments, sauces, dippings, fresh herbs, and other little surprises and toppings makes the food experience something in a level of its own and makes it feel like a treat every day.
On top of that, the speedy preparation times and easy instructions is a true life-saver in a hectic schedule with two small children.

Also, the service and general customer experience is best in class. Whenever we've raised an issue or concern - no matter how small - it has been handled in a timely and professional manner (1 day > response times), with more-than-fair compensation when applicable. The food and convenience is the main reason we choose Simple Feast every week, but the service and customer experience is the reason we're in it for the long haul.

A special thanks to Lina, Camilla, Sandra and Freja in the Customer Experience department, who've made a truly profound impact on our experience with Simple Feast over the last year. You guys truly are a best-practice examples of how a great customer experience should be. Keep it up!

Pro: Good meals as far as the Environment, A couple of meals were quite tasty like the burger.

Con: Would have been nice if the different containers were labeled since it was hard to tell sometimes what was what.
Con. Sometimes the greens were a little wilted
Con. We are not vegetarians, and we felt many of meals were not really tasty, but instead a bit bland.
Con: Transport not so eco-friendly, although it seems that will improve from what you have said.

Great food, but too small portions. Have the 2-3 person subscription, but most dishes only covers 1 person I think. Suddenly it becomes quite expensive...

My point is that I don't think it is fair to state that the portions covers 2-3 people when they in reality only covers 1-2. Off cause I can buy the 4-5 person subscription to cover a household of 2-3, but then it suddenly becomes really expensive right?

The meals are flavorful and easy to make! We enjoy it even though we aren’t vegetarian.

Simple Feast is easy to follow and fast "cooking" but the flavors have not been appreciated in my family. My kids are tasting but not more. Myself I prefer to do the cooking myself so these pre-produced parts of the meal is not for me. We will try something else.

Super convenient, healthy and tasty food, just tried this for the first time and will keep going.

Very high quality, interesting, delicious and healthy plant based food. The service is good and the company is also quite environmentally conscious, although there is some plastic in the packaging. The quantity of the food you get is also quite a lot, so even though it says 3 days worth of food, you get a fair bit more. If you're looking to shake up your normal plant based routine, I'd highly recommend this service!

Very nice food for the whole family to enjoy and easy to cook. With a lower price my grade would be a solid 5.

I love its taste, how fresh the products are, its sustainability nature, and how easy is to prepare it.

I really love this food subscription! The food is very tasty, the portions are large and easy to prepare. I like Family Feast the most. I love that there are so many different flavors in every dinner and they are so good together 😋😊

Awesome solution for high quality and easy meals

My purchases have been delivered on time, in great condition, properly labeled, with no missing items. The food is fresh, easy to prepare, healthy, and tastes great! I am a happy customer.

The product is very good, the packaging is great and the attention to sustainability is really awesome (Frozen packed water to cool the package is outstanding).

Some recipes are not very balanced because of the lack of or very low level of protein in the mix. We are 3 in the family and, sometime, the package for 2-3 is more a 2+ than a 3.

Nice choice of meals. English menus will be helpful. And totally don’t get why water is supplied in the box? The water carton we received had leaked in the entire box, making the outer box all wet. The water cartons were in ice form and melted slowly causing the problem.

Delicious meals at an affordable price - highly recommend!!

Quality not good enough and the glossy attractive marketing campaigns are not corresponding to the real meal experience once you try it at home. Really disappointing!
