Water ingress not good, but replacement lock received no quibble
Purchased a Simpled Smart Door Lock last year, was really happy with the product, until water started to ingress and cause bubbling underneath the front panel. Attempted to contact you for a replacement but have never received a reply :(. Now left with an expensive lock which looks awful. Not a great advert for your product for anyone visiting our door. Not sure if this is a common problem or a one off issue, but I would be grateful for a replacement or refund. Many thanks, Sam

Great support service
Great support service. My night latch door lock began to malfunction after about a year. They replaced the unit, no questions asked, and are also covering the customs charges for the replacement (I am based in Ireland).

Good customer service
Bought a simpler smart lock a few months ago and had some issues with the front panel first and then the battery cover. However customer service was really good and promptly sent me replacement parts within days free of charge.

Really good customer service and great product
Really good customer service. I contacted them before purchasing a lock. They were able to guide me with a pre-compatible check and also to highlight which lock would work best to properly secure my home.
After making the purchase I had a communication fault with the lock. They assisted to troubleshoot the fault.
I was shipped a new outer lock replacement within two days no issues. Really prompt communication and assistance.
I enjoy using the lock, fairly easy to setup and install.

Issues with BF YP lock
Had issues with BF YP lock, contacted Simpled who, despite the fact I couldn't locate my receipt, sent a replacement out straight away with no quibble, Excellent customer service.

Water ingress problem

Their customer service is first class
Their customer service is first class. I ordered one of the new SS models but when i came to fit it, it would not work on my door lock. They were very responsive with suggestions but ultimately we had to conclude that the SS model would not work with my lock. They suggested that the DDF model would meet my requirements and work with my lock. They arranged the return of the SS and delivery of the DDF and refunded me the difference without delay. They were right and the DDF does work extremely well with my lock, I am well pleased with the results. I always say that you should judge a company by what they do when things go wrong, not when they go right. Simpled were faultless in helping me and resolving the issue. Well done to the whole team!

I had a mixed experience with Simpled.uk. While their EF Slim Series Smart Lock design and functionality are impressive, the support during off-hours was lacking when it was urgently needed. I faced a significant issue with a lock that appeared to have been previously used, leaving my family temporarily locked out. On another note, the sales team was very helpful, and the installation process was straightforward. Overall, Simpled.uk offers innovative products, but their customer service, particularly outside regular hours, could use improvement.

I started using simpled digital…
I started using simpled digital doorlocks in January 2023 based on recommendation from a colleague. Prior to this time, I had used other digital locks from very known brands which I wasn't really satisfied with.... since using simpled products, I haven't turned back as their products are solid, strong, reliable, easy to install and stylish. I have bought more than 20 products from them since!

I love this product
I love this product. It was so easy to install on my Yale deadlock multipoint—just over 10 minutes—and I love DIY. No more kids leaving the front door unlocked for anyone to walk in. I am now considering getting one for my back door for peace of mind. I just ope this lasts now only fitted it last night. I am struggling a little on how to get the key in my apple wallet but I am sure the customer service will be in touch soon about this.

Excellent Customer Service
Purchased 4 locks, unfortunately two decided to stop locking, however customer service has been brilliant with this and extremely helpful. In order to make things right and to avoid any delays are sending out two of the newer model locks, free of charge. I couldn’t have asked for a better response and definitely demonstrates a company who value their commitment to their customers. A service all companies should strive to deliver.
