I’m a grandma… had silver cross for my…

I’m a grandma… had silver cross for my children and i bought them their silver cross everything… pram… buggies… high chairs… car seats for their children just because of the outstanding quality and timelessness to always look good.
I recently needed some spare parts that i had mislaid and customer service were just brilliant and got it out for me the next day… absolutely brilliant

Best brand and best team

Ive always had silvercross with 4 of my girls
Never ever had a problem with any of my travel systems ive bought wither through silvercross or a 3rd party. My first silvercross was in 2007 then 2012 2021 and my very recent one 2025 I bought the silvercross cove bundle and the pram is brilliant in every way possible, how ever i have had a slight issue with the new car seat for newborn upwards, the button to take off the pram broke. I emailed the warranty team and I got an email back less than 24 hours later and are getting a new car seat sent out. Honestly the brand I cant fault and the whole team it works for silvercross are great and always get things done quickly. Highly recommend silvercross to anyone

Dont buy it. Test outside first

I bought the silver cross reef 2 package for my grand baby. The car seat is great. The buggy ok. The pram bangs like crazy. It moves up and down by 2 inches. Been told its normal. If your walking on paving slabs its dreadful. Poor baby. Id deffo not recomend this. In the shop where u test it out the floor is smooth and so is the pram. Waste of money

Hello,

I purchased this high chair for my son, but unfortunately the tray/table is not fitting properly. One side of the locking/fixing mechanism appears to be defective, so the tray cannot be secured correctly.

Considering the amount I paid for this product, I am disappointed with the quality. Could you please advise what can be done to resolve this issue? Should I receive a replacement part or return the item for an exchange?

Quick and easy assembly

Quick and easy assembly. Clear on how to adjust height and eventually turn into a bed from a cot.
Beautiful quality.
My mattress didn’t show “baby” one side and “toddler” on the other so I had to just feel which side was firmer but I’m really pleased with my purchase.

Great customer service

We bought a Silver Cross pushchair bundle and have been very happy with it. Great quality. Particularly, customer service has also been excellent - very responsive, patient and helpful with our queries. Overall, a really positive experience.

Poor quality product (Silver Cross Wave…

Poor quality product (Silver Cross Wave duo). As with other reviews on Trustpilot below, the pram wobbles excessively on its mountings, far beyond the necessary level of tolerance (and much more than any other pram I have tested or owned in the past - unfortunately I did not get the chance to test this before buying as it was only available online). The constant rattling makes the pram unusable without risking harm to the baby. The canopy for the pram also does not afford full sun protection when a baby is lying in the carrycot (as would be required to adhere to NHS guidance and is the case for every other pram I have ever owned). Sought a return/refund through the retailer who told us that Silver Cross were not going to entertain that. Sought an inspection (whereby Silver Cross would collect the pram and look into the above), this was also rejected. Dreadful product design (perhaps why the product was discontinued?), dreadful customer service.

Disappointing for such a premium brand…

We purchased the Silver Cross Cove for our son and, whilst we love the pushchair itself, we’ve been left extremely disappointed by the aftersales support.

Our little boy is only 6 weeks old and the carrycot fabric has already become damaged. We didn’t notice the issue immediately, however it appears to have become progressively more noticeable over time and now stands out quite significantly on what is otherwise a nearly new pram.

The most frustrating part has been trying to find a solution. We contacted Silver Cross hoping to purchase a replacement carrycot or replacement fabric, only to be advised that neither is available separately and that the only option would be to purchase an entirely new bundle. Given the original purchase price of around £1,500, this was incredibly disappointing to hear.

To be clear, we were not asking for a free replacement. We were more than willing to pay for a replacement carrycot, replacement fabric, or any spare parts that would allow us to restore the pram to its original condition. Unfortunately, the customer service team were particularly unhelpful in exploring any alternative solutions and seemed unwilling to offer any practical assistance beyond suggesting the purchase of a complete new system.

As owners of a baby boutique, our pram is often visible to customers and other parents, which makes the issue even more noticeable. It’s a shame because the pushchair itself is beautiful and performs exactly as expected. However, for a premium brand at this price point, we expected both the product and the aftersales support to better reflect the reputation Silver Cross has built over the years.

A fantastic pushchair unfortunately let down by a lack of replacement parts and a disappointing customer service experience.

Breeze set - very happy

Very happy with the Silver Cross ‘Breeze’ travel set. As first time parents, this set will be perfect for us and our little one when baby arrives.
We are yet to use it, but cannot wait and very happy with the design, style, materials used and colour. Everything we need to get us started.
The set up is easy for all three seats, from car seat, to pram to toddler seat.
Arrival time was super fast and came within two days of ordering.
Would definitely recommend.

I love this brand

I love this brand, I have a few of their products. Everything has a 3 year warranty and not too bad putting it together. The high chair I purchased can be a table and chair after which was important to me for when his weaning is over.

Such a disappointment

Such a disappointment! I always planned to get a silver cross pram but was so disappointed by not only the product but also the customer service.

The pram broke in several areas and was just bulky and awkward to use and not the quality of other brands.

The car seat straps get jammed. They are so stiff and actually hurt your hands to tighten.

The pram stopped folding and the brakes broke making it unsafe.

Overall, pretty much every element of the silver cross products that we bought were a complete disappointment.

I was not given an email receipt as we purchased the items directly from the shop floor in store from John Lewis, Newcastle. We received a small discount but this unfortunately meant that when the paper receipt was lost, we had no proof of purchase available. As a result, when we later sought assistance regarding the numerous issues we experienced, very little support was offered and we were repeatedly passed back and forth between John Lewis and Silver Cross, with neither party seeming willing to take ownership of resolving the situation.

I am so tired of sending emails, calling silver cross, sending videos of the faults I’m experiencing. So much time lost for zero resolution.
